You will have a Smart Lock access to this two bedroom one bath Texas cottage circa 1960, constructed of D'Hanis Red clay block with a front porch that faces Main Street and is in walking distance to The Old Timer Convenient Store, The Core Coffee Shop, The Medina Community Library, Taxidermy shop, Medina Hardware store, The Little Quilt Cottage, Medina River town park, The Apple Store (Gift and Cafe) and Keese's BBQ restaurant.

The Main bedroom has a romantic queen bed frame, deep queen mattress and on-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a secondary door that has access for the other guests. USB wall outlets are present in the master bed room and recently updated game den.

The Kitchen was upgraded in 2017 as a wall was knocked down to provide an ample dining/sitting area with a custom made corner banquette. New appliances and fixtures. Espresso, regular drip, pour-over and French press coffee makers are available for your use. Coffees and creamer supplies are included in the kitchen coffee station area.

The living room features leather sofa, leather love seat and ottoman. A wall mounted monitor with high speed streaming internet controlled by Roku is available. You won't miss your favorite Netflix, Hulu or Youtube programs.

Bedroom 2, has two wooden twin bed frames and twin mattresses. A room setup for two kids or two adults. All rooms have clothes hanging fixtures with hangers. A basket between the beds contains popular board games and card games.

Bathroom: Shower/tub combination, toilet, vanity and medicine cabinet. Towels are located on the shelf over the washing machine and clothes dryer. An ironing board and iron are available. A wall mounted hair dryer is available.

Den Room: There's an antique gambler's leather top table with 2 decks of cards and seating. Two windows (recently added) that open the view to the back yard.

Back Porch: Two French doors lead to an ample open, cedar post and metal roofed back porch with patio table and 2 patio chairs. Enjoy our recently installed swing bench and two hefty rocking Adirondack chairs where you can safely watch the deer that wander in the backyard or view the backyard's wild flowers and fauna.

Back Yard: There is a picnic table, stand alone BBQ Pit and fire pit with (6) six person seating area. You can enjoy making tasty ribs over the bbq pit or smores over the fire pit. Stringed LED Edison Night lights allow you to dine from sunset to 10pm.

Horse Shoe & Corn Hole game area: Enjoy a good game of horse shoes with your family or friends. The horse shoes are hanging on the Bakers Rack.

Firewood for the firepit is also located on the bakers rack.
