Centrally located in Summit County located with access to downtown Silverthorne, Frisco, and Dillon. Keyston, Breckenrdige, Copper and Arapahoe Basin are all within 25 minutes.

The space
Our condo is about 30 minutes away from 5 world class resorts. Breckenridge, Vail, Keystone, Copper and A-Basin, you’ll be in the middle of it all.

Our condo is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families. Use the common area facilities with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, foosball and ping pong, game area and (pay) laundry facilities.

Excellent views of the Rocky Mountains, and a short walk to the national forest with plenty of trails for hiking or mountain biking.

Guest access
This is a complex that includes community indoor pool and hot tub. Game room and sauna also included in the community area.

Other things to note
This is a condo complex, our neighbors are full time residents so please be respectful. Upstairs unit is another owner's rental and you may hear them walking from time to time (especially in ski boots).

Summit county permit is BCA-79139. Maximum occupancy is 8 people, however, sleeping arrangements only permits 6 comfortably. Maximum county approved parking is 1 space.
