Some trips need more than one house. Par for the Course is the combined booking of two of our coastal homes — Par for the Shore (226 9th Ave S) and Par for the Coast (223 9th Ave S) — sitting directly across the street from each other on a quiet block of North Myrtle Beach. Together they sleep 18 guests across 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, with two private heated pools, two fully equipped kitchens, two full sets of living and dining space, and a complimentary golf cart.

It's the rare setup where a large group can actually do a large-group vacation right. Grandparents take the king suite in one house while the kids and cousins fill up the second. The early risers make coffee without waking anyone up. The bachelorette party gets its pool while the bachelor party gets its own. And when everyone wants to be together — for the welcome dinner, the cake, the pool day, the group photo — they're thirty seconds and one quiet residential street apart.

A: About thirty seconds. They're across a quiet residential street from each other, with no through traffic. Most groups treat them as one compound and naturally flow between the two throughout the day.

Q: How many guests can the combined property accommodate?
A: 18 guests total — 8 at Par for the Shore (4 bedrooms) and 10 at Par for the Coast (4 bedrooms).

Q: Are both pools heated?
A: Yes. Both are private, heated, and open year-round. Children must be supervised at all times in pool areas.

A: Yes, a complimentary golf cart is provided. For safety and insurance reasons, the cart may only be driven within one mile of the home, during daylight hours, on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or less.
