When you're not sleeping, enjoy the large outdoor space with a pool, hot tub, water fountains, king size daybed, fire pit, outdoor speakers, privacy fence, and a covered patio with a couch, light up dance table, daybed, pool bathroom, refrigerator, sink, charcoal grill, and dining table. Minutes from Dell Diamond, Kalahari waterpark & RR Sports Complex.

Private 1,000 sq. ft. guesthouse with separate entrance on large property with a resort-style backyard. Guests have access to entire guesthouse as well as backyard pool area (owners live in the main house on property, but will not use the backyard or disturb you during your stay).

Guesthouse:

- Full kitchen with all the necessities (pots, pans, cups, coffee pot, eating and cooking utensils, dishes, wine glasses, etc.)

- Dining table and 4 chairs

- 1 Bathroom with stand up shower

- Couch with TV and included TV services (Netflix, Amazon, Roku, Disney+)

- Centralized Heat & A/C

- 2 Bedrooms (Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and queen size air mattress available in the closet, Bedroom 2 is a loft bedroom with closet that has a queen bed and futon which can convert to full bed, and twin air mattress in closet)

- Bedroom 1 has a dresser and 2 bed side tables

- High speed wifi throughout property

Please note: while we have set the guest limit at 6, keep in mind that there are 2 queen beds so the other 2 guests can sleep on either a queen air mattress, twin air mattress, full futon, or couch. Please indicate your preference when booking so we can set up the rooms appropriately.

If you would like more than 6 people at the pool during the day, please send an inquiry with number of people. Day time guests over 6 people are $50 per person and must leave by quiet hours at 9pm.
