Welcome to the Fox Den! Our 2 bedroom loft-style townhome is perfect for those looking to enjoy the Lincoln area whether it be skiing, hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, or just wanting to experience the fresh air. Located directly across the street from Loon Mountain Resort (weekend ski shuttle), you will have all the outdoor activities at your fingertips.

Free ski shuttle is offered during the ski season mid-December through March.

But if relaxation is on your mind, our townhome supplies it! Relax while sitting on our expanded deck and listen to nature (just feet from the protected White Mountain National Forest), go for a drive down the Kancamagus Highway and experience all of its scenic beauty, head up to Franconia Notch State Park, or head down to the town on Lincoln and hit up the restaurants and shopping.

As a member of the Loon Village Swim & Tennis Club, all the amenities of our charter membership are extended to our guests (max 6 guests). This includes 2 indoor pools, 2 outdoor pools (seasonal), 3 indoor hot tubs, 1 outdoor hot tub (open year-round), a sauna, locker rooms, a game room, and an exercise room/gym. All this is just a short 5-minute walk.

Notice: We do have two Ring Cameras located on the property. Camera 1 is at the front entrance pointing down the walkway at the parking area. Camera 2 is located at the rear of the townhouse monitoring any activity near the rear entrance to the townhouse. There are no cameras or recording devices located within the townhouse and these exterior cameras are only utilized to monitor cleaning crew arrival and departure, any activity during uninhabited times, and hopefully some interesting animal activity. Guests are not allowed to cover, block, or disable these cameras.

• Town Ordinances: As agreed upon in your rental agreement, you and your guests must abide by all town ordinances, no exceptions.

• No Smoking or vaping inside the Property or anywhere within the Village of Loon.

• Pet Policy: Pets of Guests or their Visitors are not permitted on or in the Property at any time.

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is strictly enforced.
