If you could consider something a "backyard" on a piece of property this size, I guess we would call this the back yard! In the winter, it is an amazing hill for sledding. In the summer, it is great for running, rolling, and playing any sport!

Bear bedroom has one king bed and a twin/full bunk. This is the king bed. The bookcase is stuck with games, toys, Legos and books, and will have new ones added soon.

Fox room- twin bed and a twin pull-put trundle bed. Dresser, doll house, and Doc McStuffins toy. Small Pack and Play and toddler bed rails in closet.

The twin trundle bed can be tucked away beneath the daybed for extra room.

We had a custom-made booth for our home. I repurposed the dining room chairs we bought for our first house years ago by painting and adding new upholstery (two more are on their way). There is a folding chair with a booster seat attached.

We also have a diner-style counter and stools. Once the snow thaws, we will add expansive outdoor dining spaces and a BBQ gas grill. Cannot WAIT!

As you prepare dinner, you can overlook the dining room area. We have stocked the cupboard with spices and other essentials (including several cook books!), placed a CrockPot in the cabinet for your use, and ensured that you have enough serviceware

Extra storage and a toaster oven. New flooring coming by February 2022.

This hall closet houses orange vests (for hunting season), glow sticks, hangers, storage, cleaning supplies, and other fun stuff! The hallway leads upstairs.

To the right of this area, we are adding on a sofa, table, and additional storage area. The bike pictured will not be present.

Entry to the bedroom on the lower floor. Access the only the full bathroom door on this level is through the bedroom, as is the laundry room.

There is a closet with a dresser inside for clothing storage. PLEASE NOTE - THIS BEDROOM PROVIDES THE ONLY INTERIOR ACCESS TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND BASEMENT-LEVEL BATHROOM.

The views from the lower level are not compromised! Winter wonderland in January 2022!
