The grassy backyard offers plenty of sun and shade, depending on the time of day. Although it isn't fenced-in, it IS private, and you're welcome to walk your dog around the yard, so long as you pick up after them.

Questa affascinante casa nel quartiere Frys Spring ha subito una RISTRUTTURAZIONE COMPLETA completata nell'autunno del 2022. TUTTO è nuovo!

La casa dispone di 5 camere da letto (4 King, 1 Queen) e due soggiorni di dimensioni complete. TUTTO nella casa è completamente nuovo, dagli elettrodomestici ai pavimenti in piastrelle e al legno originale rifinito!

La casa è perfetta per feste di addio al nubilato, sistemazioni per matrimoni, riunioni UVA, incontri di famiglia e altro ancora. Questa casa con 5 camere da letto è idealmente situata a Charlottesville. È a pochi minuti di auto/Uber dal centro di C'ville, dall'UVA, da Wegman's e dall'autostrada 64 (per l'accesso alle cantine). La casa stessa presenta un'area soggiorno/pranzo soleggiata e aperta al primo piano, e uno spazio abitativo aggiuntivo al piano inferiore.

Ognuna delle 5 camere da letto private è spaziosa e dispone di un proprio armadio con appendiabiti. Quattro camere hanno letti King e una ha un letto Queen. Ogni camera dispone anche di tende oscuranti, un ventilatore a soffitto, un ventilatore da scrivania e spazio per i vestiti (cassettiera, scaffali, ecc.).

Questa casa è un luogo ideale per un weekend tra amici, sistemazioni per matrimoni, una festa di addio al nubilato tranquilla, un grande incontro di famiglia o coppie e famiglie che godono di Charlottesville insieme!

The house has a driveway large enough for a single vehicle, but street parking is free and plentiful around the house, so long as guests are careful to obey all parking laws (i.e. always park facing the direction of traffic).
