Dieses charmante Haus im Frys Spring Viertel wurde im Herbst 2022 vollständig renoviert. ALLES ist neu!

Das Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer (4 Kings, 1 Queen) und zwei voll ausgestattete Wohnzimmer. ALLES im Haus ist brandneu, von den Geräten bis zu den Fliesenböden und dem aufgearbeiteten originalen Holzfußboden!

Das Haus ist perfekt für Junggesellinnenabschiede, Hochzeitsunterkünfte, UVA-Treffen, Familientreffen und mehr. Dieses 5-Schlafzimmer-Haus liegt ideal in Charlottesville. Es ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt/Uber von der Innenstadt von C'ville, der UVA, Wegman's und der Interstate 64 (für den Zugang zu Weingütern) entfernt. Das Haus selbst verfügt über einen sonnigen, offenen Wohn-/Essbereich im Erdgeschoss und einen zusätzlichen Wohnraum im Untergeschoss.

Jedes der 5 privaten Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und hat einen eigenen Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderbügeln. Vier Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten und eines hat ein Queensize-Bett. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt außerdem über lichtdämpfende Jalousien, einen Deckenventilator, einen Tischventilator und Stauraum für Kleidung (Kommode, Regale usw.).

Dieses Haus ist der ideale Ort für ein Freundewochenende, Hochzeitsunterkünfte, eine entspannte Junggesellinnenfeier, ein großes Familientreffen oder mehrere Paare und Familien, die Charlottesville gemeinsam genießen!

Wir haben den Wohnbereich im Untergeschoss mit mehreren Spiegeln und Schminkstationen ausgestattet, damit mehrere Personen gleichzeitig ihre Haare und ihr Make-up im Raum machen können! Es ist perfekt für Junggesellinnenabschiede und/oder Hochzeitsvorbereitungen, und professionelle Haar- und Make-up-Artists sind mit Genehmigung des Gastgebers willkommen.
