Why was my listing flagged?
Listings are deactivated automatically for one reason only: a booking request left unanswered for 24 hours. An out-of-date calendar or old pricing does not deactivate a listing.

We use automated checks to deactivate listings for one reason: not responding to a booking request.
If a guest sends you a booking request and you do not respond within 24 hours, all of the listings on your account are deactivated. After 48 hours the request itself is declined and any payment hold on it is released.
You will not be flagged:
if your account is less than 60 days old
if you have had a successful booking with us before
on listings imported from OwnerRez
To get your listings back: open Manage Listings at houfy.com/listings and click Request to activate on the flagged listing. If you cannot see that button, email us at info@houfy.com.
An out-of-date calendar or old pricing does not deactivate your listing. It can put a caution message on your listing page instead, and that is a separate thing - see How to Remove the Outdated Availability or Pricing Warning.
