Steps to View Your Quote History
- Log in to your Houfy account.
- Click Menu at the top of the page.
- Select Reservations.
- At the top of the Reservations page, click the dropdown menu labeled Source.
- Choose Quotes from the list.
- You’ll now see all your sent quotes, including the quote amount, guest name, and current status.

Can’t find your quotes?
Double-check that you’ve changed the dropdown menu from Houfy to Quotes under Reservations.

Can I resend a quote to a guest?
Yes. Open the quote, review the details, and select Send again.
Do quotes expire?
No, quotes stay visible in your history until deleted.
Can I change a quote after it’s sent?
Yes, if the booking isn’t confirmed. Open the quote, select Edit, make your changes, and resend.
