How can I manually sync or do a hard sync on Houfy?
You can do a hard sync when you get a booking. It's up to Airbnb or VRBO to pull in Houfy's new calendar info. So you should find out how often Airbnb or VRBO "syncs" with other sites. It is our understanding Airbnb syncs every 2 hrs and VRBO up to 6 hrs.

Most of the time you do not need to do this. Opening your listing's calendar on Houfy already triggers a fresh pull of your imported calendars, so the dates you are looking at are current.
If you want to force a refresh anyway:
Go to Manage Listings and open the listing.
Click Calendar.
Click Import in the calendar toolbar (top right).
Open the Synced tab.
Find the calendar you want to refresh and click the circular-arrows Sync now icon on its row.
The icon spins while it runs, and the Last Synced time on that row updates when it finishes. This refreshes that one calendar - if you have imported more than one, repeat it for each.
The same applies if you unblock dates on Airbnb or VRBO and want those nights to open up on Houfy: unblock them there first, then run Sync now on that calendar's row.
The other direction is not ours to run
If you get a booking on Houfy and want Airbnb or VRBO to show those dates as blocked, they have to pull it in from the Houfy calendar you exported to them. Most sites have their own sync or refresh control in their calendar settings, and you will need to use theirs.
