When you import another platform's calendar into Houfy, you choose what Houfy takes from it:
Everything - every event in the feed. Both the bookings and the manual blocks you made on that platform will close those dates on Houfy.
Reservations only - Houfy imports the bookings and ignores that platform's blocks, so dates you blocked there stay bookable on Houfy.
To set it
Open your listing's calendar - profile picture, top right, then Manage Listings, then your listing, then Calendar.
Click Settings in the calendar toolbar and open the Sync tab.
Click the pencil icon on the calendar you want to change, choose Reservations only under Import Options, and save.
(When you add a new feed with the Import Calendar button, you can set the same option there.)
Important, before you choose Reservations only
Houfy decides what counts as a reservation from the words in each event's title. It keeps an event only when the title contains Reserved, Booked or Confirmed, spelled exactly that way.
Airbnb and Vrbo feeds use those words, so they filter correctly. Some feeds do not - Booking.com, for example, titles its reservations CLOSED - and on those feeds Reservations only will discard real bookings along with the blocks, leaving booked nights open on Houfy.
If your feed is not from Airbnb or Vrbo, check that your existing bookings still appear on the Houfy calendar after you switch, and go back to Everything if they do not.
This setting applies to calendars imported by iCal link. If you are connected through a channel manager such as Hospitable, OwnerRez, Hostaway, Lodgify or Hostfully, what Houfy receives is controlled by that channel manager and not by this option.
