The home features two comfortable king bedrooms, a bunk room that sleeps up to four guests, and a converted game room packed with entertainment. The game room includes a shuffleboard table, Xbox gaming system, Pac-Man arcade, and a large selection of board games. Additional sleeping arrangements include a futon, pull-out sofa located and an air mattress located in the game room, making it perfect for larger groups.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a beautiful custom gunite pool with tanning ledges, comfortable loungers, and a covered patio perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. You’ll also find plenty of pool floats and beach essentials available for guest use.

Inside, you’ll enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table seats six guests, with additional seating for four at the oversized breakfast bar, making it easy for everyone to gather together.

🐶PETS: Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but a non-refundable additional $75 fee is required for thorough professional cleaning. If an animal is discovered after checking in, there will be a $300 penalty fee.
-Dogs must go outside to potty. Please clean up defecations in the yard immediately and dispose of bags properly.
-Dogs are not allowed on furniture, bedding, or blankets at any time.
-No pets allowed in pool.
-Pets must be under control of owner at all times. No excessive barking.
As much as we love dogs, any damages caused by your furry companion will be your responsibility. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly. Charges will be incurred if pet waste is found after checkout. We will provide you with pet waste bags underneath the kitchen sink.

Please Note: Our home is located near Hurlburt Field and Eglin Air Force Base. As part of normal military operations, you may occasionally hear aircraft, training exercises, or other sounds associated with base activity, including during the evening. While these sounds are outside of our control, many guests find them to be infrequent and simply part of the unique character of staying in this beautiful military community.

Guest access
Guests are allowed access everywhere except for the hallway closet and the garage. The owner’s store their personal belongings in the garage, therefore it’s locked.

Other things to note
🔥 GRILL USE
A gas grill is available for guest use. Please clean the grates after each use using the grill brush provided and turn off the propane tank when finished. Grilling utensils are also provided.

For safety, do not move the grill toward’s the house and do not leave the grill unattended while in use. Please ensure no food is left on the ground or on the grill’s side tables, as this can attract unwanted bugs.

☣️ BIOHAZARD WASTE POLICY
For the safety and well-being of all guests and cleaning staff, any biohazard waste left in the property—including but not limited to bodily fluids such as vomit, urine, blood, or feces—will incur a $500 penalty fee. This fee covers the specialized cleaning, sanitization, and restoration required to bring the property back to standard.

🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home of any kind. Violating this rule will incur a $1,000 fee.

🌬️ ODOR POLICY
A $300 to $1,000 fee may be charged for any lingering odors that require additional cleaning or remediation.

🎣 FISH & SEAFOOD POLICY
No cleaning or processing fish or sea animals inside the home. Violating this rule will incur a $500 fee.

🍳STRONG COOKING ODORS
Any food prepared in the home that leaves a strong, distinctive odor requiring additional cleaning may incur an additional fee not to exceed $500.

🐜 BUGS & CRITTERS
Please note that we routinely treat the property for bugs and insects. However, Florida’s subtropical climate means that occasional critters may still be seen. To help prevent this, please keep doors closed as much as possible.

🎉 NO PARTIES OR EXCESSIVE NOISE
Please note that any violations involving excessive noise or parties may result in a penalty of up to $500, as it goes against both our house rules and Airbnb’s policies. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

📹 SECURITY CAMERAS
For your security and the security of the property, there is a doorbell camera monitoring the front porch, as well as a camera overlooking the driveway and side of the home. The private backyard is fully fenced, providing added peace of mind for families with children.

🏊 POOL SAFETY
PLEASE SUPERVISE CHILDREN IN THE POOL AREA AT ALL TIMES. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury.

There is an alarm on the back door leading to the pool area that announces when the door is opened. There is also a lock on the door that should be used at all times when children are present
