Orange Beach vacation rentals

This nearly new property is conveniently located in a newish, quiet, and very well kept neighborhood between Orange Beach proper and Gulf Shores. Very easy and quick car access to shopping, activities, and restaurants, though not a lot of that is in easy walking distance if that’s desired. Our weeklong visit saw very light crowds on the beach in peak summer season and beautiful waters and white sands. The walk to the beach was painless… 5-7 minutes of a mostly paved route helped by a stop lighted crosswalk to more safely and easily cross a single, sometimes busy road. We had a family of 9 with 5 adults and 4 children. The incredibly open floor plan across the kitchen, dining, and living area led to a roominess that was much better than expected even with a large group. The owners have consciously and successfully worked for more of a resort feel than just a beach house, adding several full sized electronic games, a foosball table, a ping pong table, beach equipment (including two wagons for hauling it to the beach), etc. We had brought our own canopy for shade - one thing (nor umbrellas) that they didn’t have already. Our kids had a blast, whether at the beach or the house. The garage was so convenient for drying stuff out of the way. The view from the back deck wasn’t like a much higher priced beachfront house, but the white sands, hammocks, and cornhole games helped to keep the beachfront feel. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this beautiful beach house over Easter weekend. The home is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with two stories and balconies on every level offering stunning views of the of the beach. The peaceful private beach was absolutely beautiful- soft sand, serene surroundings, and not crowded at all. It felt like our own slice of paradise. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, from dishes to pots and pans that made cooking a breeze. We spent our days relaxing with the many chairs and umbrella provided. The large deck and grill area were perfect for outdoor meals with a view. If you're looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway this is the place. We will definitely be back.

I wish that I could give this property more than 5 stars - it was an amazing stay for me and my family! The decor had the ambiences of being on the beach and the interior was upgraded with modern appliances and amenities. Outside amenities included: Grill, Portable Fire-Pit, Patio Seating, Electric Vehicle Port and Addition Parking Space for 2 Guest. We really appreciate the restaurant recommendations (Brick & Spoon, Cosmo's & Villaggio) and we also enjoy the Christmas's lighting show at the Wharf. I would totally recommend this Airbnb property to other.

My son and I have traveled to Gulf Shores for 17 years and this is the without a doubt the best condo we have ever stayed at. It is in impeccably decorated with the perfect blend of beachy vibes and feeling like a comfortable home. It's very spacious, with high quality furniture and lots of games for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, etc that are needed for family meals. the balcony is AMAZING and has high quality and comfortable furniture, as well. It's a wonderful location along the beach without feeling so overcrowded, but still plenty close enough to all the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores hot spots. And as someone who has stayed at a long of beach rentals - it's worth mentioning some of the overlooked highlights like a full size washer and dryer, and incredible water pressure. The security guards at the gate were very kind and extremely helpful, as well. We were here during some of the construction that is going on to upgrade and improve the condos exterior. I cannot stress enough that this place will be just as beautiful on the outside as this condo is on the inside. Upgrades require a little bit of work and sometimes inconvenience but necessary to keep these vacation gems available to enjoy. If anyone felt deterred by the construction- come back! It is more than worth it.

We had an amazing stay at Hailey’s home! Her house it’s beautiful, amazing beds and beautiful furniture. We stayed here with our kids and my in-laws and we were all very comfortable. Very well located and short distance to everything. We will be back!

I wish Temporary Sanity was my Forever Sanity. I have absolutely no bad things to say about this unit or trip. A beautiful view. Plenty of seating for your big family vacation. Everything you could want and need available in the unit. GREAT AC! Comfy beds & couch. Amenities that actually work. Clean areas around the pool and communal areas. Very short walk to the beach. So many restaurants and stores close by. You can tell that heart and soul was put into this renovation. The unit itself was great, but the hosts were somehow even better. Carrie was quick to answer any and all questions, and was very supportive in helping my now husband and I make our dream beach wedding come to life. She was truly such a lovely, helpful part of this whole planning and vacationing process. If you’re considering booking a stay at Temporary Sanity, stop thinking and just do it! I sincerely hope to be back one day. Thanks for having us!

We recommend this condo and would stay here again. The condo is very clean, well equipped for our needs and a great balcony and view. We did have an issue with the heater not working and the property managers were very helpful and on top of the situation and got the heat fixed. Thank you! The location has several places around to walk to for shirts etc and a Dollar General. Within a mile radius you have lots of options. We ate at Docs seafood and The Diner and was very pleased with our meals. Drinks at FloraBama were excellent too.

We had a marvelous “staycation” at Phoenix IX. Our host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Setting dates & handbook provided made our arrival, time spent, & departure effortless! Condo owner was wonderful & checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything or if there was anything that would make our stay more enjoyable. The staff & acquaintances we met were so “Alabama friendly” which made us feel very welcomed. We can’t wait for our next stay! Thank you very much, Kevin!
