This studio comes fully furnished with a closet, mounted TV, and curtains, everything in place before you arrive. Your dedicated laundry unit / appliances / mailbox / HVAC & high-speed Wi-Fi keep daily life running smoothly. Garage parking is included, along with your own trash barrels and your own kitchenette built into the garage space, equipped with an electric stove, microwave, sink, refrigerator, and freezer. Not pictured: storage room and dining table set.

Downtown Mesa, an active urban neighborhood with restaurants, bars, microbreweries, galleries, public art and civic destinations (Arizona Museum of Natural History, Mesa Arts Center and the downtown farmers market). Street-level retail, new apartment/loft conversions and public parking garages are common. The area has a lively daytime and evening vibe and is popular with locals for dining and events.

Walkability: high for downtown errands, dining and attractions. Many places within a 5–15 minute walk.

Local transit: served by Valley Metro buses and the Valley Metro Rail extension that reaches downtown Mesa (Main Street stations). Use the Valley Metro app for routes, real-time times and fares.

Driving/parking: easy access to Main St, Macdonald and Center Street; public parking garages and on-street paid parking nearby. Typical valley driving culture applies (most visitors use cars).

Bike/ride-hail: bike lanes and shared-use paths exist in parts of Mesa; ride-hail (Uber/Lyft) and local taxis are widely available.

General: Quiet hours 9 pm - 7 am. Registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors will incur surcharges. This property is in a locals neighborhood where full-time residents live and work. In efforts to respect your neighbors, no events are permitted. We also ask that you keep music and voices down while outside. We suggest that you purchase our travel insurance to cover yourself in case unforeseen changes arise.

Treat it like your home: No moving furniture. Dispose of trash/recycling properly in barrels.

Access: Smart lock entry through garage and back door. OFF-STREET parking only (1 car). Street or parking in other spaces may result in HOA fines. Floors (second and third floors) are occupied by the property owner or not for guest use. Shared entryways and garage parking. Nothing else is shared.

Security: The property is equipped with multiple smart locks, and a solar camera installed in the entrance, active and operating at all times. Footage is recorded solely for liability purposes including break-ins, injuries, or unregistered guests/pets, which are subject to surcharges per our listing terms.

Check-out: Leave linens/towels in the room. Scrape, load, and run the dishwasher or empty all dishes. Trash disposed of. Late check-out must be approved in advance and surcharges apply.

Add-ons: Want to add extras like additional guests, travel insurance, airport transfer, early check-in, late check-out, pets/pool heating (where available), baby items, cleaning protection or even kitchen stocking for groceries? You’ll be able to purchase them after your stay is processed. All add-ons must be approved in advance, and additional surcharges may apply. Subject to availability.

Direct Stays:
A) An additional guest staying 30+ days: $99/person/month OR Under 30 days: $29/person/night (registered via guest portal), up to the occupancy limit. Is your stay over 1 month? Overnight guests allowed up to 3 consecutive or 6 total nights per calendar month at no charge; beyond that, additional guest rates apply. Daytime-only visitors are free and don't require registration.
