Chandler vacation rentals

We had such a fun time staying at Sweet Suncation. All the beds were super comfortable, and frankly, that is something I've said about no rental place ever. There were plenty of bath and pool towels to go around, the kitchen had everything we needed, the washer and dryer worked great, the games and the pool table got quite a bit of use. The backyard was beautiful, and the pool was perfect, the kids wore themselves out swimming most days. The downtown Gilbert area had so many great restaurants, we tried most of the places in the book and would highly recommend all of them. Duane and Nadine were so helpful and made themselves available for whenever we called with questions. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your vacation home!

We have been renting homes in the Phoenix area for Spring Training for around 15 years and this was one of the best we have stayed in. The home was very comfortable, including the beds, and the amenities were above and beyond our expectations. Aside from perishable food, the owner stocks this home with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The extra little touches from the owner make it that more inviting. There is a welcome sign, robes in all bedrooms, blankets outside for cool nights, etc. The backyard is absolutely beautiful. We would have loved to use the pool but it is not heated and was too cold while we were there. We did enjoy the fire pit and the outdoor seating area with TV. We enjoy taking morning walks to get coffee and this home is located close to both a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts, which pleased all of us. The owner is very accessible and replies to any requests you have quickly. One of us had misplaced a money clip, with cash, and we were never able to find it. The cleaning crew found it, alerted the owner, who alerted me and is going to ship it back to us. To me, this is a perfect example of the honesty and integrity displayed by the owner and the outside services they use while not at their home. We would highly recommend this rental and will look to stay here again if available next year.

The Sterling Saguaro was an excellent stay for me and my family. Location, location, location! Besides being in a quiet neighborhood close to everything, the location is super close to the community pool. We have active toddlers and wanted the convenience of the pool, but safety assurance so didn’t want to fret about them escaping to a backyard pool. Less than 2 doors away was close enough! The decor details were impressive! Southwest at it’s best and Saguaro hooks, pictures, and of course the actual saguaro to sit by in the backyard while eating breakfast was amazing. It was flowering while we were there in the spring and it was so cool to see birds in the area. If you need decorating tips, make notes during your stay. (I did 😜). Host was amazing. Communication was prompt. Guest handbook informative about property and neighborhood. Everything labeled well- even light switches! Handlebar helpful to get in and out bathtub; bench insert in the en-suite shower. Awesome property!

What a wonderful short stay! Thank you Iris for such a lovely place. Your home is perfectly situated to be able to explore much of what Phoenix and the surrounding area has to offer. The home amenities and location to the swimming pool and hot tub is perfect for anytime of the year. We will definitely return to your place when we come back to the area!

My family and I were extremely happy with our stay in Phoenix area. The house was amazing. Everything in the house was like new . The patio in the backyard was great for our family to grill out or just sit outside at night and enjoy the cool night air by the gas firepit. We all loved how the patio was able to be lit up. Any questions we had were answered in minutes. Laura even provided us blankets to use to sit on the lawn at our baseball games. (Go Cubs!) We were even able to squeeze the large black van we had into the garage to keep it cool inside since the weather was in the 90's the whole week (awesome). The kids had fun going across the street and jumping in the pool (I even went over and enjoyed the hot tub) and tennis rackets and balls were also provided to play tennis. The cold water and beer provided when we arrived was an unexpected surprise! Fred and Laura were both very friendly and met us after we arrived to walk us through the house and showed us the patio lights and how to operate the grill and firepit. Thank you so much for a wonderful week staying and relaxing week your home! Oh and we were literally minutes from Albertsons (grocery store) and Starbucks (my kids were so excited to find this out)! Thanks again to Fred and Laura, we would love to stay at your home again in the future!

Condo was very good. The kitchen was really well equipped which was great as we ate in a few times. The two bedrooms were very good, the beds were comfortable (master king great, no roll together etc). Being upstairs and the beds away from the traffic side meant the rooms were quiet at night (until the local doves wake up in the morning). The lounge was comfortable and there were plenty of TV channels etc to choose from - although we seemed to mainly watch the DBacks baseball! Both showers worked well which was appreciated as sometimes when staying away the showers can be less than good. The aircon worked fine and was pretty quiet, esp compared to the previous condo we stayed at. The condo location was convenient for us, plenty of local shops within 5 minutes drive and some restaurants in walking distance. It isn't gated but that wasn't an issue, we always felt very safe. The condo grounds are nice with some paths, grass and trees, it is all well cared for and tidy. I'm not sure if the pool is heated (prob not) but in late May/early June that wasn't an issue and it was ideal, the hot pool was also very comfortable. The owners were great to deal with and Fred was very helpful. If you have young kids you would need to be very careful as there are quite a few nice ornaments in the condo at child height! The condo is the owners 'second' home and it is furnished and cared for as a second home, really good. All in all we really enjoyed staying in the condo and would be happy to stay there again next time we come to Phoenix.

We stayed at Casa Mesa as part of an annual company retreat. The space was great for the four of us employees (two of us brought our spouses). It was January, so the pool wasn't warm, but we enjoyed the hot tub. I liked using the steam sauna after my morning run and then jumping into the cool pool. It's in a nice neighborhood, so I had no concerns running outdoors. The backyard has its own dock on the lake. We didn't use the paddleboat, but we enjoyed the view of the lake. We also enjoyed sitting around the gas fire pit on the back patio. The back patio had great lighting to make it festive. The pool table was fun to use, when we had a little down time. The main floor has a nice space for everyone to gather. The beds were really comfortable. We had two different people in our party talking about how they looked up the mattresses and were considering buying them for themselves at home. As the one who found the location, I appreciated that everyone else in our group really enjoyed it.

Robob and Frank, THANK YOU so much for opening your beautiful home for a much needed, relaxing & special weekend with all our adult children. We loved the Comfortable living area, beds and all the spacious bedrooms with nice touches. Much Appreciation for the well equipped spacious kitchen & pantry for gathering, cooking and eating 5 meals with our family of 10. We so enjoyed your sparkling pool, indoor games, etc. and hope to be back next year. Great communication with Robab with all my questions. Thank you for being so aware of our family & comfort.
