Belize vacation rentals

We truly enjoyed our stay at Coral Palms! We went with another couple and it was perfect because we basically each had our own living spaces - upstairs and downstairs. The house was spotless and was filled with useful items, such as snorkeling equipment, beach items, fully stocked kitchens, etc. We used the kayaks everyday to go up and down the coast. Abundant sea life right off the beach. The golf cart was extremely useful as we used it everyday for a short drive into town for restaurants and shops. The location is so beautiful and quiet. I would highly recommend for couples or families. FYI - The sand flies are no joke - wear bug spray.

The house sits right on the water on the lagoon side of Placencia. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every day and peaceful mornings by the lagoon. At night there were some powerful thunderstorms that came through quickly and those were absolutely beautiful to witness as well. The house itself is clean and modern. It has mini-split air conditioning systems that worked perfectly and kept the house nice and cool for our entire stay. The kitchen had all of the appliances needed. There is a BBQ on site if you want to grill up your catch. The house does have full access to the resort which is a 3 minute walk across the street. The resort has an amazing pool with swim up bar and nice beach access with kayaks. The sand in the ocean is quite mucky and there isn't really any waves to experience. The resort drinks are poured well and great pricing. The food is pretty good as well and can be ordered from the pool. The host Casi has an abundant amount of information regarding all of the fun and unique adventures you can take while in Belize. There is no shortage of tours to experience. She was super helpful and answered all of our questions multiple times through the months of planning up to the trip. The house is about 30 minutes drive from the down-town where we tried the food tour. This was a great way to start our trip and get a feel for the locals and the layout of the town. We also did a scuba dive, snorkeling, island hopping. Visiting the Cayes is a must! The house is a little far from some of the ruins and cave-tubing tours but that didn't stop us from enjoying our trip to the full. We felt safe and in good hands in the house and visiting other local resorts did not cost us anything. They are all open for tourists and let you eat at their restaurants and even use their beaches free of charge. The week ended up being the perfect amount of relaxation and disconnect and also exploring and experiencing a new culture.

10/10. We’ve stayed in numerous Placencia hotels and AirBnBs - this is our favorite place to date. Accommodations were as described. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was solid. Plenty of clean, fresh linens and towels, including beach towels (!!!). Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals “at home.” The location is close to the pier, surrounded by artisans and galleries, and convenient to restaurants and bars. (Momolicious is 20 feet away - do not miss this gem.) We especially enjoyed the rooftop and back patio for AM coffee and nightcaps. The highlight, though, is Mike, Yola, and Julian - they could not have been more responsive, hospitable, or friendly. They made us feel welcome, and took excellent care of us. Book it!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We are very quiet and private people and found this place to be perfect for us. It was a quick walk to everything one would need. The owners are very friendly and professional. The people of Placencia are so friendly and kind, it’s amazing how well the community has set it up to accommodate tourists and keep them all along the sidewalk, main road. We also appreciated the tree canopy around the place that provided shade. We never experienced any issues with the AC and turned it on only when needed, the home stayed a very comfortable temperature. I would recommend this place without hesitation. It is not oceanfront but an easy walk. Lovely stay.

When we opened the door to Blue Parrot Beach House our minds were (Website hidden by Airbnb) is simply stunning! Truly a fabulous accommodation and we can't wait to come back. We were a party of 6 and it was more than spacious for our group. Carla in housekeeping and the property manager Ritka are delightful, kind and so friendly. We used the bikes and kayaks and had such an amazing time. As a former Airbnb host, I can tell you that Blue Parrot is a great value and exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. The villa is well appointed with kitchen supplies, extra blankets, lovely Belizean art, outdoor seating, comfy beds and accent pillows!! We were so happy to have ice and coffee!!! These thoughtful details created a positive experience for us. The dock and palapa is a great place to watch the sun rise or catch a glimpse of dolphins passing by. The lovely sandy beach, warm Caribbean breeze, gorgeous villa and sparkling sea is the perfect recipe for a blissful Belizean experience in Hopkins! UnBelizable!!

We loved our stay in Placencia at Yola's place! The location was steps away to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The place was cozy, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We had an unfortunate incident with coconut oil leaking and Yola was unbelievably gracious. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Bella Sway Belize in Placencia exceeded all our expectations gave us an unforgettable experience! The stunning sunrises along with the clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed accommodations at Bella Sway Belize contributed to the overall bliss of our stay. John and Lori set the bar high with their kind hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel like we were home away from home. Their warm welcome and genuine care added a personal touch to our vacation that we truly appreciated. We took advantage of the many suggestions that were made available with different restaurants, shops, and activities to do in the area and all over Belize. We ventured into the wilderness and took on cave tubing with Real Deal Belize tours and had an amazing time with Raul. He has so much knowledge of every tree, plant, and animals that we saw, so it felt as if we were on a Jungle tour as well! The many places to eat surrounding Bella Sway made it easy to choose our meals for the day. We enjoyed Jaguars bowling alley, Hobbs Brew Barge, and sunsets at the Martini bar. Our favorite place was the Yacht club. The owners were so kind and it was the perfect location for an end of day sunset and relaxation.
