Finland vacation rentals

We were two adults and three teenagers and stayed for a week at Farleden. The location of the cottages and view from them is sublime. We had fabulous weather and thoroughly enjoyed the use of paddleboards, a kayak and the rented motorboat. Timo and his family were incredibly warm and helpful at all points of our stay, we're extremely grateful to them for making our time there so enjoyable. The island is beautiful and peaceful and the sea perfect for swimming. For nature lovers the archipeligo of granite lslands, pine woods, mosses and algae is a treat, so too the long light evenings. We wish we could have stayed longer (forever). We highly recommend Farleden.

Täydellinen majoitus upeissa puitteissa! Purnukka Kuopiossa ylitti kaikki odotuksemme. Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu – yksityiskohdat oli mietitty huolella ja tunnelma oli heti kodikas. Nukuimme erinomaisesti ja viihdyimme todella hyvin. Erityismaininnan ansaitsevat poreamme sekä rannan tunnelmallinen puusauna, jotka tekivät vierailusta aidosti rentouttavan ja ylellisen. Harvoin pääsee nauttimaan tällaisesta kokonaisuudesta näin rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Vuokranantajan vieraanvaraisuus oli poikkeuksellista: hän osti vartavasten meille sähkösavustimen ja toi sisälle joulukuusen, mikä loi aivan erityisen lämpimän ja juhlavan tunnelman. Viestintä oli sujuvaa ja isäntä aidosti välittävä. Sijainti on loistava – luonto ja ranta lähellä, mutta Kuopion palvelut silti helposti saavutettavissa. Voin lämpimästi suositella Purnukkaa kaikille, jotka arvostavat laatua, rauhaa ja erinomaista palvelua.

Clean, cozy and had everything I needed. Mikke was also a helpful and proactive host. The location in Kallio was great - quite central plus the tram and metro stations were easy to walk to. I also enjoyed the view of the tram passing outside the window since it was a first floor apartment. I stayed during a Halloween weekend so the downside to being on the first floor and central in Kallio was hearing people out late at night. This may bother some people, but I personally didn't mind too much since I am familiar with the area and am into the nightlife as well. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a weekend in Helsinki.

Das Appartement ist zwar klein, aber man hat alles, was man braucht und es war sauber. Die Metro und Straßenbahn ist direkt vor der Haustür, vom Hauptbahnhof fährt man knapp 10 Minuten mit der Metro. Die Lage ist Super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ( K-Markert, Lidl, Bäcker, Döner….). Die Gegend ist zwar nicht ganz „ohne“, aber wir haben uns sicher geführt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä, aivan ydinkeskustan tuntumassa. Asunto oli siisti ja vastasi kuvausta. Majoittaja oli erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen, hän hyvissä ajoin selkeät ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen ja varmisti vielä majoituksen alettua että kaikki on kunnossa. Plussaa myös siitä että sisäänkirjautumisaika oli myöhäisempi ja samoin asunnon luovutus oli vasta iltapäivällä ja siinäkin oli joustoa, sopi omiin aikatauluihin hyvin. Voin suositella! :)

Kiitos majoituksesta. Asunto oli hyvällä paikalla Helsingin keskustassa, rauhallinen ja kävelyetäisyydellä palveluista. Hyvät patjat ja miellyttävät petivaatteet. Wat een geweldige plek, het enige wat je hoort is niks😂 wij hadden het geluk het noorderlicht te zien. Heerlijk genoten van de sauna en de open haard. De weg ernaar toe was even wennen, ook omdat we in het donker aankwamen. Ook het toilet was even wennen, maar geen probleem. An is een lieve host die altijd reageert en meedenkt. Dank An! Het was een moeder dochter trip en we hebben veel gezien, Espoo was ons favoriet. Nynke en Karin

The owner and his wife are very welcoming and the house is neatly and cleanly furnished. Very good service! I will stay here again next time.
