Beach View vacation rentals

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house was immaculately clean and cozy as ever. The kitchen table was set up with a basket of goodies for our family to enjoy (which the kids dove into RIGHT away haha and Julie even included some personalized items for Mom & Dad based on some questions we had asked prior to check-in HOW SWEET IS THAT?!) We had a picture perfect view of the lake out of the gorgeous large windows both upstairs and down! Our family spent the week playing ping pong, fuse ball, connect 4, ice fishing, ice skating (they have all different size skates for you to use!), relaxing in the hot tub and cooking amazing family meals all together while watching the Bruins in the giant open concept kitchen/dining/livingroom. The house was perfect for our party of 7 and a dog! It even came with pup treats and leashes! There was nothing this house didn’t have. Our children are ages 3 months, 8, 10, 11 and 14 and they all had an absolute blast and there were lots of tears when it was time to leave (Parent win!) Julie was responsive to messages the entire time which was so helpful if we had any questions. She is a terrific hostess and we hope to book again for a summer getaway because they have endless things to enjoy for that season too! Don’t hesitate, book this getaway, you won’t regret it!

We stayed at Donna and Cameron's place for three nights while on our "retirement trip" to Australia.Communication with Donna was so easy from the moment that we first booked the accommodation until check-out. Donna and Cameron met us when we arrived and showed us around. They were available for questions throughout our stay, but gave us as much privacy as we wanted.The vacation rental was exactly as described, and was extremely clean. The bathroom has an amazing huge shower with two shower heads--one a rain shower and the other a regular showerhead.We had a loaf of homemade bread, fresh-from-the farm eggs, strawberries, other fruit, tomatoes, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee waiting for us when we arrived--what a breakfast treat!Although the "kitchen area" is small, it has everything you need to make simple meals, reheat leftovers and enjoy the delicious breakfast!The rental is conveniently located close enough to Adelaide to sightsee, but far enough away to be away from the "hustle and bustle" of the city. It is very close to all of the McLaren Vale wineries--you could spend days doing all of them. You can also walk the beach and did I mention that the sunsets were amazing!!!??If you are looking for a place close to Adelaide and wineries, with great amenities and amazing sunsets, this is the place for you.

We rented this beach house for our wedding and it could not have been more perfect. I could not believe how nice this home was and all of the amenities and accommodations Dan offers. The weather thank goodness was definitely in our favor which was even more perfect. We had our ceremony rite their on the beach in front of the house on 6/13 on a Monday , we had our reception underneath the home and decorated it to perfection. This definetly gave us the dream wedding I have always wanted to the tee plus more. The bedrooms were great and the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom were perfect for me as the bride to get ready with my wedding party. The deck is so spacious and the view is absolutely breath taking, it was so nice to just sit on the deck and watch the waves, dance and have all of my family and friends together. The upstairs master also has a private deck which was great for my new husband and I to relax by our selves and drink coffee. The smart home features are great to literally control everything in the home. The radio worked throughout the entire home and outside , it was pretty nice. Dan was very good about calling us to see if we needed anything and to help with the Internet. The house also has 2 queen size airmattress that we didn't need but definitely awesome to have available if needed. The AC worked great, the laundry room has a brand new washer and dryer and even comes with everything you need to do laundry, I thought that was great. My wedding photos that I have so far have come out breathtaking with the stair way for me to come down in my wedding dress to the nice stairway in front of the beach house we had all decorated, it was picture perfect. I have nothing but great things to say about this home and Dan. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we definetly want to book it again real soon.

LOVED this condo! It's not huge, but that comes with the territory. They did an amazing job with their updates and optimizing the space so it was functional and didn't feel crowded. Also, the decor is just perfect - it truly feels like a beach getaway! It was also super helpful that they provided beach towels, toys, and chairs - not all rentals do. This condo building is also much nicer overall than some of the others nearby. I appreciated the gated entry and it's so quiet and peaceful with a perfect view of the beach. The bikes are also a HUGE bonus, won't ever make a trip to Hilton Head in the future without them! Kendall was super helpful and responsive. We actually wound up staying HH longer than planned and booked the day before, and she made it happen! Extremely smooth process, great hosts, clean, beautiful condo. Looking forward to our next trip!

Everything about this condo is amazing. From the location, to the comfort, to the views. Our trip was made so much more relaxing. Being able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise, or just hear the waves crash. The beds were comfortable, as was the couch. All in all, we will definitely check for availability for this condo in the future.

What a great trip! Our family just came back from a two day trip to stay at this Innsbrook Chalet and we were more than impressed! Erika was wonderful to work with. It started with her kindly sending me an e-mail the morning of our arrival that the property had been cleaned early and we could check in anytime before the 3:00 pm check-in. We were able to get there by noon so it almost felt like we had an extra day. No other property owner had done that before so it was a very thoughtful and meaningful thing to do. As soon as we arrived, we were stunned by the beauty of the location, area, trees, water, and chalet. It was such a cute and charming chalet and it felt very intimate and cozy. The chalet itself has been updated and everything feels very new and clean. We were highly impressed. We walked down to the lake and it was just gorgeous. This is not a lake that is connected to the main lake so it's almost a small personal lake with 6 or 7 chalets around it. When we stayed there, there were no other people at the other chalets but we stayed during the week so I am guessing it's probably busier on a weekend. The private "beach" was so much fun for my son and we loved taking the paddleboat around the lake over and over again... We enjoyed a hike through the woods as well as many fires roasting hot dogs and s'mores. It was the perfect combination for people that like being outdoors but also a clean and comfortable place to sleep once they return. The chalet was incredibly spacious. You could easily fit two families and the loft area upstairs was great for kids. I was so happy to see all of the special things they added to make the stay more comfortable...kids toys, movies, games, etc. They really had thought of everything. We were so glad we got a chance to stay at this property and can't wait to go back again. We have discovered our favorite Innsbrook gem! Thanks Erika!

This home's layout was optimal for privacy and comfort with our large group. Everyone had quiet space as well as it was an open flow from the kitchen , dinning and living space for playing cards and preparing meals together. Short walk to a gorgeous beach that allows leashed dogs year round not normally the case on the Cape. Location is ideal for accessing Boston and Cape/ Islands attractions. Very little traffic. Customer service and interactions with the homeowner were always pleasant, quick and geared toward renter enjoyment. Communication is very important for me to feel at ease with a rental and Colleen is great at it. Property is well maintained through out. Very clean and it is great to have a large washer/ dryer at your disposal in the property. Enjoyed the cable package and fast wireless internet from all the nooks/crannies of the property. Cell phone service was also very good ( Verizon, AT&T & Sprint were represented in our group). We brought an xbox with us for our kids to watch a few movies / play a few games in between and there were no problems hooking it up on the LED tv, a time saving feature of quality. Plenty of clothing storage in dressers and the large closets. Pantry items and coffee to begin with were a godsend as we forgot to pack the COFFEE but this property saved us from a rough morning start!! Recommend taking in the sights and attractions of downtown Plymouth a 5-10 minute car trip. Many many restaurants with varying cuisines and plenty of take-out/ delivery options as well. Kitchen worked well for us in coordinating large meals too and the property layout did not alienate the chef from the rest of the goings ons/ vacation shenanigans which is a definite plus. We plan to return to this property for future getaways. We were here for a week and still have plenty more to see in the area. Maybe two weeks next time!! Thanks.

This condo is just darling, and has every amenity you could possibly need. The community has the biggest pool on the island, plus two bars and a restaurant, and is located within a ton of restaurants and shops. We stayed at HHI Beach & Tennis Resort two years ago but not this unit, and this one has a far better view. Waking up every morning to the sun coming up and flooding the living area, and seeing the moonrise over the water with its reflection shining on the balcony. The lighthouse display is really cute too. Lots of places to plug in your USB chargers, or you can just use theirs. Didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge but the layout was basic and clean. The TV in the living room is huge, and the bed was very comfortable. We used the bottom bunk to put our suitcases, and the top bunk for all the pillows they offer. The bathroom is small but other units have a door where their shelf unit is. But the rain showerhead and handheld unit was a special touch we appreciated. There's been other things they have done to this place that make it more spacious and offers storage. The little shelves in the bedroom and the phone chargers with slots to put your phone, the side table with hidden USB ports, the cacophony of USB cables on the bottom of the lighthouse display for a start. It was very quiet in October, and when I was enjoying the pool I noticed a steady stream of people heading to the beach with their wagons similar to what the hosts have on their balcony. We
