➤ A refundable $150 security deposit is required and will be collected securely via Stripe link or Airbnb's Resolution Center. This deposit covers any intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs. If everything looks good after your stay, you'll receive the full refund.

✅ Dog friendly (with restrictions), no minimum night stay, and contactless check-in included. Book your productive and peaceful stay today. Breed restrictions: 75lb Max Weight and Breed Restriction. No animal that is a member of, or is related with, the following breeds will be permitted on the premises: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chows, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Saint Bernards, Bull Terriers, American Bulldogs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-hybrids, and any cross breed or related breed. These breeds are commonly referred to as “dangerous breeds” and are prohibited on the property.

🐾 Pet Policy
Furry friends welcome (max 2). Please let us know in advance. The following additional PER PET cleaning fee applies:

Short stays (1-5 nights): $75 total
Medium stays (6-28 nights): $200 total
Long stays (29+ nights): $300 total.

Cats are also welcome! A small additional cleaning fee applies to ensure the space is thoroughly refreshed for the next guests.

Notice on Mail Deliveries:

For privacy and security reasons, guests do not have access to the building’s mailbox. All mail and package deliveries require our prior approval and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before arranging a delivery; without approval, the building will not accept it. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or rejected items.
