Furry friends welcome (max 2). Please let us know in advance. The following additional PER PET cleaning fee applies:

Short stays (1-4 nights): $75 total
Medium stays (5-29 nights): $300 total
Long stays (30+ nights): $500 total

Cats are also welcome! A small additional cleaning fee applies to ensure the space is thoroughly refreshed for the next guests.

- Self-check-in via lockbox + smart lock
- Background check required for main guest (takes less than 5 minutes to do through a secure link, we do not keep personal information)
- All guests must submit photo IDs
- Check-in details shared after successful verification
- No unplugging noise or camera devices—violations may result in a fine
