Atlanta vacation rentals

When we drove into the neighborhood, we were hesitant about what we would find because it's in a rough area. As we entered the community, there was a burnt down home. As we continued to drive in, we noticed that they were building new townhouses in there. The garbage was too full in the front, which created a terrible odor. Despite our initial impressions, the inside of the home was very clean. Everything was clean and worked well. The host provided ear plugs, water, and snacks. However, we didn't use any of it. My middle son is a light sleeper and he really thought he would need the ear plugs, however he didn't. My husband is a light sleeper too, and he didn't need them. The airplane noise really is tolerable. My oldest son is very picky and he said that he believes the place deserves 5 stars. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had an amazing stay! The place was super spacious, very clean, and perfect for my birthday celebration. The vibes were great, and everything was exactly as described. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming spot.

We loved this charming home and all the lovely comforts the host provided. It's right around the corner from all of Decatur's best restaurants and attractions in a safe, historically preserved neighborhood. Lovely surroundings and charm. The host is one of the best I've ever interacted with on airbnb. Any requests and or questions I had were enthusiastically received and she got back to me immediately. The bedrooms are very comfortable and large with great closet space and comforts...including a standup steamer for clothing. The entire house is well equipped with great kitchen accessories that served all our needs well. The host has done a perfect job decorating it and living up to some cool vibes consistent with the surrounding area. Lots of charm and comforts. I highly recommend it for 2 or 3 adults.

Very nice place with a beautiful backyard that backs right up to a community garden. The home had lots of natural light and was absolutely spotless when I arrived. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches for dogs. here were poop bags on the patio and even a little dog station with a towel and other amenities. The black makeup towels were also a nice touch, and overall everything felt very clean and well cared for. The sunroom/patio area was especially cozy and a great spot to relax. The host was proactive with communication and provided very clear, detailed check-in and check-out instructions, which made everything easy. I had everything I needed during my stay. The dirt road getting in is a bit rough, but my 2-wheel-drive vehicle handled it just fine. The location is close enough to the Beltline that you can walk a bit and hop on. There’s also a coffee shop within walking distance that lets you order from the sidewalk if you’re out walking your dog, which was super convenient.

Coziest stay EVER! From the moment I messaged Elisabeth and David about their Airbnb they were super responsive and very helpful with my choice when it came to where I wanted to stay. The location was ab 30 mins from the friends I was visiting but I appreciated being able to see another part of ATL that I didn’t know existed. The house was really cozy and very clean. I walked in the afternoon I checked in and was ready to take a nap😂 It was perfect for me and my SO. Felt just like home. 🥰 I appreciated the fences for the privacy, so it felt like a cozy little hideaway as well as the lighting around the fences after dark. I saw a previous review about the water pressure and I can say that this wasn’t an issue for us at all and the water was perfect. Temperature and pressure, 10/10. The shower is EVERYTHING 😍 I will definitely be back and will stay here again. Thank you Elisabeth and David for being great hosts!

Pecan Cottage was a hidden gem. The cottage was warm & welcoming and NEW! It gave us a feeling like we were the 1st visitors to stay here. The design was spot on, & everything in the house was thoughtfully laid out & the 12ft ceiling made it feel very spacious. We slept in a very comfortable Queen bed. The kitchenette had every appliance you could possibly need. (toaster , microwave, cook top & best of all a new Krups pod coffee maker. We must have a fresh,hot delicious cup of coffee before we start our day. The internet was fast, we had ample free TV with many channels and the guide book that Angela provided , gave us great info about the neighborhood, attractions, restaurants, etc. We found Angela to be a very, warm and friendly and welcoming host and we had a wonderful time making Pecan Cottage our base. My husband & I would be very happy to stay there again the next time we are in Atlanta.

The place was clean and comfortable and host was very quick with all responses! Great location for easy access to Truist Park and the Battery. I was in town for Friday and Saturday night Braves games. Walk to the ballpark was just under a mile and easily walkable. Well lit most of the way. If you want to split up driving/walking, then I recommend lot E43. Easy access from this location and cuts down the walk by 75%. There’s also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Will stay again next time I go to a Braves game!!

The home looked just as it did in the pictures. Check-in was easy. I booked the night before my stay and i had a welcome note when i arrived 😁. There was an instruction manual for everything that we could think of. The home was nice and clean. Plennnty of Linen/Towels. I love that there were TV's in every room (the portrait look is beautiful). The master bath was perfect and i really appreciated that there is 2.5 baths in the home. We had 4 boys so they were looking forward to playing the PS5 but we didn't get to this time only because the remotes disconnected (we didn't know why until we left) BUT Mairo was so apologetic and willing to come by and check it during our stay and even made up for it after we left. The boys didn't mind the PS5 because the infinity board was a HIT! They Loved the games and played all night. Never heard of it before but the kids definitly enjoyed it as well as the Pacman game. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward next to time when the pool is ready.
