City Casita Downtown - FREE Parking!
This experience has by far exceeded every expectation we have had. LOCATION. The location is absolutely amazing. It is right by all the action, walking distance to everything downtown - but without the crowds or the noise! We were able to come in and out multiple times a day, to pick up and drop off things, within minutes - without missing any of the action, or worrying about car parking or ubering anywhere. UNIT. Photos didn't do it justice - we were very pleasantly surprised when we got there. Elevator, free parking convenience right by the entrance, the unit itself - every small detail was thought about and taken care of. Bright, comfortable, well equipped. Cute and cozy; we were even able to comfortably host another couple for beverages in our living room and kitchen. HOST. From the day of booking, all the way till after the checkout - Joslyn has been wonderful. Great recommendations about the area and things to consider during the pandemic, to excellent, timely, and considerate responsiveness throughout our stay. We have traveled to 30+ countries, and the stay with Joslyn has been the most wonderful communication experience. Do yourself a favour and book this place - you will not be disappointed!

Michael and Kerrie’s place is HEAVEN! We made a last-min reservation as part of a two-day, 16-hour move/drive to New Orleans with our 50lb pittie mix. This was an absolute perfect rest stop, our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! The place was spotless and stylish with views to die for, I couldn’t stop swooning! Communication was flawless — Michael and Kerrie were incredibly responsive and helpful, check in and out was a breeze. They might be Superhosts, but they were super heroes to us! They anticipated our every need and the thoughtful details and personal touches not only made us feel at home, we felt like VIPs! I would be lying if I said I didn’t choke up a little when — after an incredibly stressful week and 9+ hours on the road — we walked in to see that stunning view, a bottle of wine, snacks and chocolate waiting for us! Michael and Kerrie didn’t miss a single detail or a beat. Even though we only had one night, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or *enthusiastically* recommend the space for a proper stay. The pup was totally at ease and happy as can be here, which, as pup parents well know, makes such a world of difference. I also found their dog policy and expectations to be incredibly reasonable, you can tell they’re dog people who get it. Never felt like we were walking on eggshells, zero stress for us and the pup. Typically, when traveling with him, we have to spend $$$ or stay places that aren’t quite as nice as we’d like. This space was a tremendous value, imo. Omg, don’t even get me started on how great the hot tub was after a long day, perfect way to wind down. And since I (clearly) can’t say it enough, THAT VIEW THO Y’ALL! Probably obvious by now that I could go on and on, but don’t take my word for it, don’t hesitate — make the reservation already, you will be so so grateful you did! Michael and Kerrie — thanks so much again!
Cloud Nine Asheville
We were a group of ten staying in this lovely home. The owner has provided for every convenience. When we left, I emailed her that we all agreed that it was as if we had stayed in the home of a good friend. To that end, the house is close to everything, the views off of the deck are phenomenal and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We all went different ways to different places during our visit, and everyone agreed that the location (with that view) was ideal. The owner left out most of the small things that make a house a home available to her guests. For instance, her collection of spices was left out, and there was dish soap and laundry detergent available. She also had enough chairs for all of us to fit around the dining table and the table on the deck. The bathrooms are spacious and the bedrooms easily accommodated two persons. The deck is full of flowering pots. There is also a potted herb garden--we availed ourselves of it freely!! The kitchen is amenable to more than one cook, and it is extremely well-equipped. We cooked in for every supper, and never had a problem with too few utensils, pots, etc. The only issue we experienced was some confusion over what Asheville recycles and how to sort the same. Perhaps some sort of printed guidance would be nice. We were baffled.... It was refreshing to stay in a rental that did not feel like a rental. Thanks to Mary for providing us the gift of accessing this home.
West Asheville Mountains to Sea Escape
SUPER clean home near everything! Breweries, restaurants, downtown, river art district, Biltmore Estate all only 5-10 minutes away. We had a fabulous week, walked the downtown area and took in the coffee shops and local bookstore. Dined at Hemingway’s Cuban restaurant and enjoyed the sunset from the outdoor rooftop. We took advantage of the well-apportioned kitchen in the unit and baked cookies to take with us on our hike to Chimney-Rock state park. We drove to Pigsah Peak on the Blue Ridge Parkway and marveled a the views from the deck of the restaurant there. The home is extremely comfortable, clean, and convenient to everything in Asheville. We especially appreciated the pet-dander free environment. One member of our party has extreme allergies and respiratory issues, but did not experience any issues at all during our stay. The home is chemical and fragrance free and the linens are hypo allergenic organic materials. The host was very attentive and responsive. I highly recommend this stay!!

We found this place after having to leave our vacation from Hurricane Ian early. Prior to arrival, we were extremely impressed with how responsive Kerrie and Michael were in getting us squared away for a very last minute reservation (we’re talking just hours notice). All communication was addressed immediately and they had us set to check in quickly. We arrived to find a hand written note and a few other treats to welcome us, which is something not a lot of hosts do, so we felt welcomed and made our already stressful and hectic day a lot better. The house is great! It is in between a couple of mountains that give you a feel of being away from the hustle of roads and city, but when we ventured into Asheville, we were just minutes away, literally! The house was spotless, all needed items were available for us, we just had to run to the grocery store, which again, is just a mile or 2 away! The back yard was peaceful and the deck had a great fire pit that we loved to just sit, relax, and unwind from our day. The back yard also had a small fenced in area that was perfect for our dog! Everything from the linens, to the the yard couldn’t have been better! If you’re a union firefighter and want to support our own, please consider this place as Michael is a brother to us! This was our second time in Asheville and we have found the place we will pick when we come back!

We LOVED our stay! The cabin was so cute and cozy and had everything that we needed. It was tucked away just enough to feel private and secluded, but a super close drive to restaurants, grocery stores, breweries, etc. There was a fenced yard for our pup and plenty of room in the upstairs bedroom to set up our pack n' play for the baby to sleep w/ us. The hot tub was clean and easy to use, the coffee selection for the coffee bar was great, and the Wifi and TV streaming worked great if you have work to handle or want to unwind with a movie after a long hike or day in town. You also have a decent view of the sunset from the living room/front porch/backyard. The ~0.2mi side road that leads up to the cabin is pretty tight and steep, but doable in a regular car IF there is not ice or snow. Would definitely recommend 4WD/AWD if there is a chance of snow or ice. Linda communicated so well with us leading up to our stay and checking in during, which we so appreciated. We'll definitely be back!
Asheville 7/4 Mansion, Views, Pool, Spa, Gameroom
The home was exactly as described, and the mountain views were gorgeous. In addition to the wonderful amenities, the house was spotless, and there were wonderful little touches scattered around, like the chocolates, the lit and decorated Christmas tree in the living room, the Santa hat, the ultra-soft blankets on the chairs and sofas, and the lights on the fence in the backyard. The host, Veronica, was very responsive, taking the time to speak with us on arrival and texting us back immediately when we had additional questions. She addressed our biggest issue on arrival (no high chair) by arranging to have a new one delivered by 8 pm the first night. There was plenty of space for the eight of us, with a couple of the bedrooms going unused. The Internet speed was as advertised, and we had no problems streaming on multiple TVs while using our iPhones. There was great water pressure and plenty of hot water. All in all, the property was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.
Huge Private Estate 5.2 acre 5m from DT Asheville
GREAT FOR GROUPS, An Excellent Retreat! Veronica and Marvin have an amazing group of properties and we LOVED this place. We booked a 40th celebration with 11 adults total, a mix of couples and individuals. Traveling with a group of parents and singles, we were looking to avoid the bachelor/bachelorette geared properties we found in town but were still only a 10 minute drive to downtown Asheville. For this group, it was important we had adult sized beds in every room with doors that shut and plenty of bathrooms. We had 8 bedrooms to select from, each with queen or king sized beds. The property feels so comfortable for a large group and has plenty of space to gather or retreat for some peace and quiet. We ate every meal out on the patio or picnic tables and spent every evening in the barn, pool & hot tub. Our doodle loved running in the yard and we evening had some wild life sightings - beaver and little black bear. 10/10 highly recommend if you're visiting Asheville with a group.
