Blowing Rock vacation rentals

We can't say enough great things about our stay at Justin and Ana's place. The description and photos of their property matched exactly what we found. From the pristine and excellently equipped kitchen, to the incredibly comfortable beds (in both bedrooms), to the tasteful, stylish furniture in the living room (replete with discreetly stored games and books for young kids--which ours loved!), we felt so at home here. The location, too, was unbeatable: right off one of the main thoroughfares of Blowing Rock, walkable to everything in town. Justin and Ana also provided a wonderful house manual that contained very clear guidelines about how to use their amenities and useful local recs, including great places to eat. Justin and Ana were very responsive and gracious. We forgot some personal items after checking out and they immediately re-granted us access so that we could retrieve them. This is real find--and we hope to be finding ourselves again soon at Justin and Ana's!

Family of four booked at the last minute before President’s Day weekend and this place was perfect. Easily walkable to downtown Blowing Rock and a quick drive to App Ski and Boone and 30 minutes to Hawksnest snow tubing. Our elementary kids shared one bedroom and it was fine for the weekend. We especially appreciated that our dog was welcome. The apartment was fully stocked with cleaning supplies, even plastic bags which was a plus, and an extra toothbrush which was a life saver when I realized the altitude made my toiletries leak onto my toothbrush. Blankets, rugs and nice pillows not often found in Airbnb’s were perfect for snuggling in front of the super easy to control fire to watch movies, with TV’s that actually had remotes to match! we loved Blowing Rock and would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Justin’s place! It is extremely comfortable, easy to find and get access to, and pretty much everything is brand new. Justin was a great communicator, gave clear instructions and the apartment was in pristine condition, as shown. Bit of a hike uphill to get to the Main Street of Blowing Rock, but easy enough to walk and you cannot beat the location. Central, yet just far enough that it’s quiet. Highly recommend this AirBNB.
