Guests have access to the entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, front porches, and fenced yard. The outdoor spaces feature a private hot tub, fire pit, and multiple seating areas perfect for relaxing or gathering with family and friends.

The home includes two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with island seating, dining area, coffee bar, laundry area, and five bedrooms across two floors.

The only exceptions are locked owner and supply closets.

Please note: Some bedrooms are located upstairs and accessed via the home’s original historic staircase.

Please review our house rules and listing details before booking. This is a historic Galveston home designed for families and group stays, and we ask guests to treat the home with care and respect.

Events and gatherings are allowed with prior approval. Quiet hours are from 11 PM – 7 AM to respect neighbors.

Please note the home includes an original staircase and may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility or unsupervised small children.
