My family recently stayed at this awesome home in Old Katy, and it was perfect—a real home away from home. The house is huge, with a great design and all King beds. It was exactly what we needed for an extended stay. There’s plenty of space to kick back, and the big backyard was perfect for my kids to run around and play. The gated parking was a huge bonus. I had enough room to park my boat, a few trucks, trailers, and even a small RV—still with room to spare. The gated access really gave me peace of mind, too. The game room was a hit with my family—big enough for all of us to hang out, and we even threw in some extra mattresses to make it a chill spot for everyone. The house is pet-friendly, which made things even easier. If you’re relocating, remodeling, or just need a long-term place to stay, this spot is close to everything your family could need including the new HEB grocery store. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in the Katy area.

Staying at this long-term rental was an absolute delight for my family! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the home. It was evident that the host put a lot of effort into ensuring everything was immaculate and well-stocked. The primary bedroom, which is massive, was particularly impressive, with 2 desks / workstations, although we sometimes opted to work from the dining room area. The family-friendly atmosphere was perfect for us, and our kids were thrilled to find tons of toys to keep them entertained throughout our stay. The playground on the property was a huge hit, and being in a gated community meant we could relax while the kids played safely. The 2-car garage was big enough to fit both of our vehicles. One of the highlights for me was the ability to walk around the neighborhood, enjoying the beautiful surroundings as well as the park and feeling a part of the community.

This was the perfect spot for my family and me to make some holiday memories together. Warm, clean, lots of space for everyone, and stocked with every single thing we could possibly need for a fun family time. I was blown away by the thoughtful touches – a fully stocked pantry, toys for kids to play in the backyard, toiletries, even a grill ready to use. We didn't have to leave the house for anything, unless we felt like eating out. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to relax and reconnect with your favorite people (big and small).
