Daytona Beach vacation rentals

We have been going to Daytona Beach for 41 years and this condo was the best for a variety of reasons. The owner was very nice and always responded to questions or concerns rapidly. He sets the bar high for customer service. He made us feel welcome and did all in his power to insure we would have a wonderful time ( which we did). This condo is completely up to date and the decor is beautiful, but still livable. It was nice to have a pantry in the kitchen as there was plenty of storage space and one did not have to leave groceries sitting out on the counter. The only word to describe the 3 bathrooms is fabulous! It was especially nice as one of the bathrooms had a tub which was great for our 2 young grandchildren. We also appreciated how comfortable all the beds were. Our adult children were very happy to be on the no drive part of the beach since as that decreased worry when watching the kids. The owner also graciously supplies beach toys and nice beach chairs. We also liked the fact that this condo is located on the 2nd floor making it easier to access. The balcony has plenty of comfortable seating including a lounge chair to enjoy the view and relax. This a perfect location for a variety of restaurants and activities. The candy factory and Marine Science Center were big hits with our group. We will definitely return to this condo anytime we need 3 bedrooms for our family. It met our needs above and beyond for 4 adults and 2 children ages 3 and 9 months. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting an enjoyable hassle free vacation.

We cannot believe what we walked into when we opened this condo door. The pictures of it are beautiful but they do not do the actual condo justice. The condo was huge! The amenities were superb -- we did not have to bring anything but ourselves and our clothes - everything else was completely provided for, from the high end towels/linens to the completely outfitted chef's kitchen. We could immediately tell the owners visit this condo and decorate it as they would their home. The condo has all windows and a double balcony running the length of the back and a huge side window. This allows for unimpeded views of the ocean from virtually every room save the one bedroom (which has a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway). It was hard for us to watch TV with such beautiful 180 degree views! The color scheme is beach conducive and the 4th floor is perfect to keep you feeling on the beach but removed enough that you have no people traffic. There is much to do -- swimming in the pool, walking on the beach, surfing/boogie boarding and exercising in the newly outfitted fitness room on the main floor. This is one of the best condominiums as far as appearance and consistent high maintenance levels (everything from the entryway from the parking lot to the beach stairs looks new and well kept). All in all, this condo is a gem and the price is terrific for what you are getting. We will come back again and again!

The condo was immaculately clean. It was over the top stocked with anything and everything you could need on vacation - there was an abundance of bath towels, dish towels, beach towels, etc. A ton of extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap refills, etc. There were beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, bikes, and lots of other stuff to enjoy on the beach! There was an amazing washer and dryer with detergent available (we brought our own). Amazing views of the ocean/beach from a 180 degree balcony. The chairs are high and can be tricky to get on/off if have any mobility issues or are elderly. Easy access to the beach from the pool deck. Pool was well maintained and clean, as well as surrounding deck and deck chairs/tables. All staff that you encountered were extremely nice, talkative, and friendly. Location was great - convenient to any activities you would like to participate in but also very quiet and relaxing. Was nice to be able to park in the garage and have cover from garage into condo lobby. There was a library and sauna off of the lobby. Bathrooms were available in hall that lead to pool which was nice not to have to walk all the way to condo if needed restroom. Host was very communicative and great to work with regarding the condo, and gave us advanced notice that an insurance adjuster would be coming by and what day/time frame. Only quirky thing that had no affect on our stay was that the beds were very mushy/soft. If you are someone who prefers a firmer bed, you may want to consider bringing a firm mattress topper. We hope to be able to vacation here again - an absolute wonderful condo and vacation!

Our family considers Daytona our home away from home and this condo did not disappoint. The spacious three bedroom, three bath unit was completely stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. From the high end kitchen and appliances, to the bar room/ office space, to the comfortable king sized master bedroom numbers bed, to the large capacity front load washer and dryer, this place has it all. It was especially nice to enjoy a sunrise or sunset on this large balcony with several cushioned chairs and lounges, and an additional high top table that seats three. The beautiful glass top dining table seats 6 and there is additional seating for three at the counter. Each of the three bedrooms have large walk in closets. The master bath has an oversized garden tub and large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath with a tub. The third bedroom- the kid room - has a bunk with a twin on the top over a full bed with an extra pullout twin below. The third bath has a walk-in shower. There are plenty of linens and even beach towels for the beach. Our family particularly liked the automatic privacy shades and auto lights in the closets and hallways which are great for kids. Of course the many flat screen TVs throughout the condo were nice as well. Each unit has a reserved parking spot in the basement garage and an additional unassigned spot in the upper lot. We also took advantage of the beach wagon and canopy that is also provided if you didn’t bring your own. This was perfect for our family!

This place is wonderful! Duane and Andrea are so responsive and welcoming. Everything as described. Any questions were responded to in minutes. This included the weeks leading up to our trip as well as when we were there. We recommend (as does Duane in his notes) a car for this area. My only note I made was there is not much walkability. There is a great little breakfast spot that is walkable - Adam's Egg. YUM! There is a little starter pack for you in the room until you can get out to the store. Some coffee, water and chips. Small amenities in the bathroom. Well stocked with paper goods which is SOOOO generous. Outside of their control - the beach is maintained and so clean. There is a private entrance from the pool area with a hose to rinse sand off when you return from the beach. The pool is beautiful and heated (hum...) with plenty of chairs. All in all a wonderful experience and great hosts. Thank You Duane and Andrea.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! Carrie is a wonderful host who helped my family out of a bad situation. My family was displaced during Hurricane Ian. We had been staying 2.5 hrs away in Port St. Lucie for a month until we were able to move into our new place. 20 minutes before the movers were supposed to show up (2:30) the movers scheduled weeks in advance canceled. My sister was out of country on business and I was scheduled to fly back to California the next day. My 87 yo mom, nephew and myself had no where to go having planned on sleeping at the new house. Fortunately I found Carrie’s property and in chatting with her she made the trek from an hour away to get the condo prepared so we could get into her place that night!!! We were able to check in late and I felt like my mom and nephew were in a safe place until my sister returned Very late Wednesday night. The condo is comfortable, beautiful and extremely clean. It has all the amenities you may require and made for a perfect home away from home. Carrie checked on my family during their stay. My sister returned, was able to have different movers move their things in. That night they went back to the condo to shower and sleep. Waking up early, checking out and headed to their new place to unpack. I am so grateful! If you are ever looking for a place in Daytona stay in Daytona Shores! You’ll be right on the beach in a unit that is super clean and comfortable. Don’t hesitate to stay at this wonderful condo in this amazing location! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Carrie. The location was perfect! Loved being on the ground floor of the condo — easy access to pool & beach, walking distance to several restaurants. Although small, kitchen had everything we needed! Also super awesome to have a few beach/pool toys, beach chairs, and towels!! The condo’s pool and hottub were really nice - very warm water and deep, great for swimming! Host was quickly responsive to questions, even before our booking. I would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay at Kokomo during Christmas was an absolute getaway! To start, the host Maggie was super friendly and very accommodative to my early checkin request. We walked through the door and was hit by the serenity of beach living. The colors, the decor, the furnishings, everything immediately takes you to a fancy beach house where you can relax and have a little fun too. The space is massive and the TV is the biggest one Ive ever seen in a house lol! Watching the football game on it was awesome :) The kitchen is perfect for cooking, it has everything you need and the flamingo bathroom is one to be remembered! Each night I slept amazing, the king size bed is EXTREMELY comfy. The heated pool and the hot tub were so nice during the cool Christmas evenings and the light setup outside created the perfect ambiance for our time together as a family. The beach was a 2 minute walk away too! I can't say enough good things about this place! I HIGHLY recommend Kokomo for your next beach getaway :)
