Cocoa Beach vacation rentals

A nice little beach house. It is not located by the beach but by the A1A highway which is the main drag that goes through Cocoa Beach. You need a car to get around the area. But that goes for all locations in Cocoa Beach and this house is fairlly close from the action. The house suited our needs. The three bedrooms sleeps six people easily. Everything was extremely clean, and its well equipped. The house best part is the back patio which has a hot tub, nice sunbeds and a firepit. The house has a slighly ”professional” feel to it, there are no personal things from the owners anywhere. All communication with Adam was through the app and by eamail, we never met him. We got the impression this is a house he primarily use to let out rather than use himself. We enjoed the house. The only thing that put us slightly off was Adams quite strict measures to ensure proper use. There is cctv in the laundry room and the shed, watching the guests (apoarently previous guests have put sandy clothes in the washer). To rent Adams beach gear we had to agree to a long judicial waiver. That, and some of the dialogue with Adam did leave us with the feeling of not being fully trusted. It wasn’t a big thing, and obviously he has had reason to be this strict, but we have had warmer and more hopitable dialogue with other AirBNB-hosts.

The house is very appealing. Nicely decorated and just a 5 min walk from the beach, while being on a quiet street. The pool and hot tub are fantastic (early June stay). The house is thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a stay with kids, including beach gear. We loved the big table that we could fit our party of 7 around. We lucked out with a SpaceX launch viewed from the back yard! The host is super responsive and you can tell they care that you are comfortable and enjoying your stay.

We had a couple hiccups and the host took care of everything that we needed. The house was absolutely gorgeous and plenty of space for everybody. The outside is so nice especially with the dogs we brought I can’t wait to stay there again.

I was so disappointed when your other location had been booked; however, you have exceeded expectations with your new property. Like your other rental, this place is tastefully appointed and akin to walking into a Pottery Barn catalog. The over-sized swimming pool, expansive stone pool deck, large covered hot tub (which my teenagers especially enjoyed), and large Tiki Hut made for an incredible day in the Florida sun. My wife was particularly impressed with the fine linens, high-end small appliances, stylish bedroom decor as well as the contemporary dinnerware and silverware. The stainless steel appliances that matched the large front load washer and drier was an unexpected bonus that allowed us to wash our clothes prior to returning home. You've outdone yourself with this property, Richard and it's a rare find compared to other properties that we have visited. Based on these factors coupled with it's relative closeness to the theme parks that we frequently visit, we will definitely be back!!

A beautiful home with every amenity you could think of, outdoor speakers, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle & boogie boards, suncare, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house was spotless, and so close to the beach and downtown. My mother is 90 and she walked to the beach everyday. All of the TV's were loaded with apps, the furniture was fantastic and updated. Everyone could spread out (we were a family of 10 plus pets). The dogs even went into vacation mode. The house is very private, and the pool was ecstasy after the beach. We also lived hanging out on the deck(s). The game room is huge with 2 TV's and it's soundproofed. The attention to detail was so nice like having having blankets by the lounging areas, games to play inside, outside, upstairs, plenty of parking, and 2 stocked kitchens. The host answered any questions I had immediately and they suggest restaurants, plus things & places to go, it was just so fantastic. I can't wait to go back. 5 Stars all the way!!

Great condo and even better Host, Pat. Always available to us for whatever questions we had. Had everything we needed in the Condo! Clean and so comfortable! Pat was able to give us the lay of the land so to speak. Very knowledgeable of the area, events in Cocoa, parks and fun adventures to take! Very easy to work with, reasonably priced, central location, beautiful view, very warm and fun to talk with. The washers and dryers on the floor worked well. Pat had a storage unit full of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas which are very nice to have available for beach days. The pool was heated and clean. It was quiet and restful. The landscape was just beautiful. Keyless entry which is awesome so you don’t have to keep track of keys! You get free parking and have your own space. The shelling on the beach was really fun and lots of shells on the beach in front of the condo so you don’t have to go far. The Pier is walking distance and there are a couple bars with walking distance that have 1/2 price drinks during Happy Hour! I could go on and on but if you want and nice family vacation or adult vacation, this is the perfect spot and Pat is the sweetest and friendliest most welcoming host! We really appreciate you Pat!💕
