Pensacola vacation rentals

My family and I were in town to visit my son for his birthday. The house was so clean and cozy and accommodated our needs perfectly. It is also in a great location. It was easy to get an Uber trip downtown to celebrate his birthday in Seville quarter. We had everything we needed in the house. Bill and Mindy were easy to get ahold of and checked in on us throughout the trip. They even made sure we got there and did not have any trouble accessing the property. There was also a nice basket of snacks and coffee left for us along with some waters in the fridge. That is nice to have after you have been on the road for a few hours. I also recommend checking out the little vegan cafe a couple of doors down. They have some great food options and it's a short walk away. There are several other restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here. The house is amazing and you will thoroughly enjoy your visit.

Look no further, this is it! Book this home if it’s available. Shanna and her co-hosts were the bests hosts. The home has plenty of everything (beach and bath towels, beach toys, toiletries, bathrooms, places to relax, kitchen goodies including coffee and other cooking staples, blenders galore, disposables, even a party table cloth and table). The home is better than the pictures, it’s so spacious and perfectly decorated and welcoming. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors even stopped by to say hello. The outdoors spaces are plentiful and peaceful if you’re a nature lover. 26 minutes from Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, shorter than that for everything else. The beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and spotless. The love and care of the owner is felt in all spaces throughout the home. The driveway is steep and there are lots of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us. Loved living here for 3 days, easy rules to follow and overall just the best most fantastic stay!

My sister and I have stayed here several times. It’s our favorite place to stay in Pensacola! It’s comfortable, a great location, it’s always decorated cute, and the host is super easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful time in Pensacola and our rental was part of that. We were conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and eat. The rental exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, location, and amenities. The washer and dryer were so helpful. I was able to do several loads of laundry which kept us from having to take home wet, sandy clothes. If I had a complaint, it would be the amount of bath towels provided. I had to wash them multiple times to have enough but it wasn't a problem. We would highly recommend this rental as well as Bonelli's, East Hill Market, Lucy's, and Hot Spot BBQ. Our least favorite restaurant was The Fish House. It wasn't horrible but dlfot the wait and food quality, we had better meals. One of the locals recommended Joe Patti's for fresh seafood but we ran out of time. Next visit maybe.😉 Use Goretro tours to get out to NAS and watch the Blue Angels practice and go to the museum. That was awesome. Do a nighttime Segway tour through Emerald Coast Tours (ask for Rick-he's a hoot), & take a fishing charter with Captain Gene (Keepin It Wet Fishing Charter). We also had two great beach days! Stop at the public beach access right before you enter Gulf Island Seashore. Not crowded and the water was awesome. A local recommended Opal Beach but, alas, we ran out of time for that too. Thank you to our hosts for a great family vacation. We'll be back.

This little house had everything we needed and in a great location. Molly and Doug are very thoughtful and easy to reach! We enjoyed the fenced in back yard for the pups as well! Be aware that the house is “vintage” and some may complain that it’s dated. We loved the homey feel and the pics accurately describe the listing. Also some may care that there are no tvs in the bedrooms. Everything worked as expected and we would definitely stay here again! We loved the binder of recommendations and enjoyed trying many of the hot spots to eat! Thanks again!

We came to Pensacola for the Snow Ball Derby at Five Flags Racetrack. This home was conveniently located. We book trips several times a year and this one was hands down the cleanest we have stayed in. Lots of room for our group!! Very welcoming and felt like home. The Host were great during booking and very responsive. Im sure they would have been accommodating during our stay, but I had no need to reach out for any reason. All the starting necessities were there. Great experience at this rental!! Highly Recommend!!
