1. Check-in is after 4 pm unless prior arrangements are made. Self-check-in with keypad code given to you prior to arrival. The owner will meet you at check-in upon request.

2. Check-out is at 11 am unless prior arrangements are made. Review house guidebook for check-out procedures.

3. No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes, marijuana, or drug use of any kind inside the property or in the pool enclosure. No candles or open flames allowed inside the property. Battery-operated candles are provided.

4. No pets or animals of any kind are allowed inside or on property. See rental agreement.

5. Pool. Swim at your own risk. Do not leave children unattended at any time. No bath products, soaps, bubble bath, oils, lotions or sunscreen should be used in the pool to protect the filtration system. No glass in the pool enclosure. Do not put any objects other than those made for pool use in the pool. No urinating or defecating in the pool. Children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers. Do not throw objects at the screens. The pool is serviced every Tuesday after 10 am for chemical and cleaning maintenance. Pool is not heated.

6. Please feel free to use any of the supplies provided for your use throughout the property. There is a supply of all consumables. Depending on the duration of your stay, you may need to replenish the supply for your family's needs. The washer and dryer are provided along with detergent.

7. Garbage. Please dispose of all garbage in the bags provided. When a bag is full, place it in the large can on the side of the house. Please keep the lid closed. The garbage collection is Tuesdays. If your stay includes a Tuesday. Please put large can to the road Monday night or by 6 am Tuesday morning.

8. Neighbors. Please be mindful of quiet hours that begin at 10 pm. No parties or events are allowed in or on the property at any time. No illegal activities. No more than 6 persons can occupy the property overnight. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed on the property without prior approval. Day guests are welcome.

9. Cleaning. See house guidebook for the full check-out procedures. House should be left in the general order that it was found. The cleaning fee covers change-over, general cleaning and disinfecting, washing linens and towels. Excessive cleaning will result in additional charges to the guest. Lawn service is done every Monday. If your stay is over a Monday, please be aware of providers on the property.

10. We want you to enjoy your time in Florida and enjoy the property and all the amenities provided for your comfort and convenience. Communicate with us for any questions or needs during your stay. Have fun and make memories. Curtis and Holly are close by to help you during your stay if the need should arise. If house rules are followed your security deposit will be refunded in full within 48 hours of your departure.
