Born out of a love for the hospitality industry and the outdoors. Switchback Premier Adventure Properties’ vision is to enable everyone to get outside, do the things they love, and connect with the environment - all while supporting the communities that we serve.<br />

We are a husband & wife team that met in the ski industry 20+ years ago.  We started this company out of our love of hosting – whether it is in our short-term rentals, exploring and sharing this region with visiting friends and family, or hosting holiday and Super Bowl parties at our home.  We want to ensure every guest feels welcome and has the right info to make the most of their trip.
