Welcome to Mountain Sunrise View Retreat, your Southwest Montana home base in Ramsay, just outside Butte. Set on over 46 acres, this inviting home pairs wide-open scenery with comfortable gathering spaces, a spacious kitchen, and a fenced backyard for your four-legged travel companions.

With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and accommodations for up to seven guests, there’s room for families and friends to settle in and enjoy Montana at their own pace.

A KITCHEN MADE FOR GATHERING

From breakfast before an outing to an unhurried dinner at home, the well-equipped chef’s kitchen makes cooking together part of the experience. A large island provides generous prep space, while the gas range, wall oven, and oversized walk-in pantry make it easy to prepare meals and store groceries for your stay.

RELAX WITH A VIEW

Enjoy mountain scenery from the spacious family room, settle in by the fireplace, or gather for a movie on the large TV.

For a quieter moment, head to the separate den. With a couch and desk, it offers an additional place to read, catch up on work, or take a break from the main gathering area.

THREE COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS

• Primary suite: Sleep Number adjustable king bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, soaking tub, and large vanity.
• Guest bedroom 1: Queen bed, single bunk sleeping space, and Roku TV.
• Guest bedroom 2: Queen bed and Roku TV.

The home accommodates a maximum of seven guests. (Day & Night - no unregistered guests). All guests must sign Renter Agreement within 24 hours of booking. (State Law)

MOUNTAIN MORNINGS & OUTDOOR MEALS

Start the day with coffee on the front deck as the sun rises over the mountains. Outdoor seating provides space to linger or simply enjoy the surrounding scenery.

In the fenced backyard, fire up the gas grill and relax while your dogs enjoy time outside. Up to two dogs are welcome per stay.

PRACTICAL COMFORTS

A mudroom gives you space to kick off your shoes after a day out, and a full-size washer and dryer make longer stays and outdoor adventures easier.
