you have the entire fenced property to yourself, with parking for three vehicles, security camera on the front door and at back gate for your security

this is a great neighborhood with a park close by for small children,or a basketball court for a game

within walking distance you'll find just off Sara drive

famous Amos, subway, neighborhood pub, pizza joint, Chinese food and local grocery

this neighborhood has easy access to Uber, taxi or a quick walk to local amenities

The pool is not fenced, which presents life threatening dangers to both adults and children. Guests should not allow children to be anywhere near the pool

pool is cleaned after each check out, YOU are responsible to ensure your children aren't throwing rocks from the fire pit area into the pool, this is a $250 clean up fee

employees or to any person entering the Pink Cabana property and pool area, and Guest hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Hosts harmless from any and all

we do not recommend consuming alcohol and combining with swimming due to risk

NO GLASS bottles or glassware is allowed by pool, broken glass clean up etc will be a fine of $500.

we have sago palms, oleander, Holly and aloe planted to deter folks from bringing pets, these are poisonous to dogs and our home is NOT pet friendly

NO SMOKING or vaping inside the home or covered lenai, smoking cleaning fee is an additional $300 and can result in immediate cancellation of your booking

SMOKING is allowed outside, however butts must be placed in receptacle

no unregistered guests allowed on property

quiet time is 10pm until 8 am
