Jacksonville Beach vacation rentals

This was such a great place for our stay in Jax Beach for a family wedding! There were five of us, and we had more than enough space to spread out and relax comfortably. The location is outstanding—everything is so close and easy to walk to. It’s just a quick 3-minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and about a minute to a fantastic park with a playground, tennis courts, and more. You really can’t beat it. We especially loved the main floor—it was the perfect spot to unwind, watch March Madness, and enjoy some quiet time. The outdoor space was another big plus, with a fenced yard and great seating for relaxing outside. The home was very clean, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were well maintained, and the beds were super comfortable. It’s also on a quiet street, which made it feel peaceful while still being right in the middle of everything. We would definitely stay here again—such a wonderful home in an unbeatable location!

We loved this space and would definitely stay here again! It's cozy, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. It's in a great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, a gas station, the beach, etc. That said, we didn't really feel like leaving the house, and instead enjoyed the beauty, quiet and privacy of the property. The backyard is spacious and offers a great view for the sunrise. The 10 of us had plenty of room and were able to practice yoga together in the living - and family room which made it the perfect space for us. All beds, including the sofa beds, were comfortable. Bedroom 4 is the smallest room and has a trundle bed. It made a great private room and would probably work great for two kids. It also has glass doors which provides natural light, but if you like it dark for sleeping bring an eye mask. Parking was easy too, we were able to fit 6 compact cars. The hosts were very kind, responsive and accommodating. We even had a welcome gift basket!

The home has been beautifully updated. Everything you would want in your own home. Beautiful furnishings and every detail was appointed very well. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Basics spices, olive oil, ziploc bags, foil, plastic wrap, etc. The beach is a very close walk across the street. Easy to get there with the provided beach wagon and cooler with "off-road/beach" wheels. Also provided in the home was beach towels, over size blanket for the beach, more than 10 chairs, beach umbrella, toys, footballs, soccer balls ping pong table and corn hole. Additionally, there were 2 bikes available for use with lights for night time rides, helmets and locks. The location was VERY convenient to any shops & restaurants, within walking distance, biking distance and a very short car ride (if you prefer.) We loved visiting Neptune Beach by bike each day for a very relaxed, local vibe!

We can't thank the Welcome Home team enough for all their help, especially Meghan! She made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. We picked this property because it was just perfect for our rehearsal dinner and served as a lovely spot for me and my bridesmaids to get ready and have our first look. The place is so welcoming for families and has so much to offer! It really has everything you could want in a Florida home, including a pool, game room, and putting green. I’d absolutely love to rent this home again when family comes to visit! You really can’t go wrong with any of their properties. Their customer service is simply the best in Jacksonville! I highly recommend them whenever you’re in town. To any future brides looking for a place, this is much better than a hotel for getting ready.

This house had everything we could have needed for our family reunion. The heated pool out back surrounded by lush vegetation made it feel other worldly. We had the perfect yard and patio set up where we put up a projector and enjoyed family photos on the big screen at night with really cool outdoor lighting in and out of the heated pool. Inside we had all the space we could have ever needed in which our family could host a dinner in the kitchen and living room at the same time while enjoying the game on tv. 5 blocks to the beach was a piece of cake walk with our beach equipment that the house also offered up for us to use. We enjoyed every minute of our weekend here and will recommend Welcome Home Rentals to all of our friends in the future!

We go on a family vacation every year since my 5-year-old son was born with my in-laws and parents. We always come to Jax beach, and we've used Welcome home many times. This property was perfect for us and was so spacious. We enjoyed that majority of things being on one level. The pool and backyard was very nice. The beach is a few blocks away and it was nice they offer a Wagen and beach chairs. Very close to grocery stores and a nice Bruch restaurant a block away. We will be staying again next year for sure. They allowed us to check in early and if we had any questions or problems, they were fast at responding.

Our stay at the Beach Compound was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The property is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly designed for both relaxation and fun. The homes were spotless, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The pool area was a highlight—perfect for lounging and creating great memories. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The hosts were attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

The house was amazing and close to the beach. Everything in kitchen was labeled so you knew where kitchen utensils were without having to figure out for your self. The beds were all super comfy and the house was spotless. The back patio and yard space was the most fun! You had fake golf course grass and a putting green. Nice heated pool that is great for this time of year. Heaters on the patio that could be used if it is chilly out and 2 big fans can be used if hot out. Separate garage with fun basket ball game and ping pong table. There are several other games to play as well. They also have tons of beach chairs. We used the outdoor Weber grill quite a bit and it worked very well. We spent most of our time out back. There are plenty of tv’s throughout the house and in bedrooms as well as in the garage game room! This is a great place if you have kids and want to keep them entertained. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!!
