Because our historic manor serves as the operations base for this elite breeding program, we enforce a strict veterinary-approved biosecurity protocol. Contagions can lay dormant for a year and are fatal to newborn puppy litters. Pampering Your Approved Dogs:
Once cleared, your pups will be completely spoiled! Your premium welcome basket includes a custom toy and gourmet treats. We also provide dedicated outdoor water bowls and plush dog beds with integrated protective layers. They are totally worth the extra pampering!

Mandatory Medical Clearance Rules:
To protect our stock and your companion, all dogs require Host approval prior to arrival via these simple steps:Veterinary Certificate: Provide an official health certificate on licensed letterhead dated within 3 to 7 days of arrival.Required Diagnostics: Must explicitly prove freedom from zoonotic diseases, current vaccines, a clear fecal test, no active heat, and no active parasites.Verification: The Host will verify the record directly with your veterinarian's office. All dogs must be fully bathed within 24 hours prior to entering the estate.Disqualification: If one dog fails, all are disqualified. Unapproved pets cannot step foot on the grounds; we can happily recommend local luxury pet resorts.Allergy Restrictions & Property Accessibility.

Due to severe owner allergies, we have a strict zero-cat policy—only dogs and licensed ADA miniature horses are eligible, up to a maximum of two animals.

We proudly protect and welcome our authentic ADA guests:
Must complete biomedical clearance as well before entering grounds. Handlers must answer the two legal questions prior to entry to be eligible and follow all ADA Title II/III rules. Legitimate service animals receive standard waivers and allowances.

Please note our historic 1900 manor features stairs, multi-level floors, and a downstairs half-bath. For your comfort, we feature two main-floor couch beds, an upstairs shower chair, the main-floor shower passes at the local YMCA. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal carries strict liability and severe criminal fraud consequences under state law.Pet Fees & Departure: A standard pet fee applies per stay (NOT per night, so longer stays are not penalized) to cover specialized medical-grade sanitization.
