Just had a lovely week in this apartment! Wonderful view. The apartment is very nice and clean, with good quality beds and TV. Internet was good (Wifi in apartment). Nice if You have to work. We did do a lot of cycling and workout, it was perfect coming home and use the wasching machine for training clothes. Not worse to use the elevator directly to the beach!! Also we got two big towels for beach! That’s vacation. Nearby is everything You need, shops and restaurants. We visited Restaurant Palmgarden just up the hill one night. Superb. The restaurant in ground floor by the beach - Cabosuroeste, is very good too. The bus stops just outside the building, and there is also a Taxi station there. The friendly host did everything to make the stay nice. Good information before, always available when questions, and quick response. She really wish that You should have a nice time and come back! We will, and she has two more apartments in the building! One just nearby in 9th floor, just renovated. The third I think is in 11th floor, soon ready for guests. So if You are many people, everyone can stay. No doubt we will come back here!

We stayed 8 nights at Nathalie's apartment and had a really good time. We came to Gran Canaria for some warm weather, walking and cycling. The apartment is as described with a great view and everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is small and not designed for major cooking, but we happily produced a number of meals and had what we needed to do so. Nice to have netflix on the TV. The apartment is situated in a really convenient location. The area is not overly touristy compared to bigger towns like Puerto Rico and has a nice feel with lots of good restaurants and amenities. 2 or 3 supermarkets very close by and I had a great massage from a lady based in the same building. To be able to take a lift from your apartment down to the beach is amazing and it really is a lovely beach with great swimming. We had a car which we could park in a private car park outside the building and you need this if you want to get around and do some of the amazing walks in the mountains. We also hired e-bikes from Free Motion in Arguinguin (next town along which you can walk to in less than 15 minutes) and had 3 days of great cycling in the hills. We had a big enough car to take the bikes farther afield one day which opened up the cycling options. Nathalie provided bike stands so we could keep the bikes on the apartment balcony overnight. The mountain scenery is stunning and the roads quiet. Nathalie is a brilliant communicator, always answering swiftly and very helpful. Our only slight downside of the whole stay is that the surf was up for the first couple of days and it was quite difficult to sleep well with the constant roaring of the waves crashing on the beach. It quietened down after a couple of days and became much easier, but I would suggest you take earplugs if you are someone who needs quiet to sleep. This would definitely not stop us going back to the apartment but is worth being aware of. All in all, one of the best airbnb stays we've had.

Lovely apartment which has been beautifully renovated by its owner Nathalie. The Owner and her housekeeper, Lynne are both very attentive and ensure that you are really well looked after. Lynne will also provide a change of linen and towels at a moments notice which is a nice touch.. One of the things that is so important to us is a comfortable bed as we have a very expensive one at home!.... the bed here is amazing, supremely comfortable. Another thing that is important to us is that where we stay is quiet as we have visited some places and can hear a lot of noise from the apartment from above or outside...we did not encounter this problem here. The apartment has everything you need and that balcony and the views are absolutely lovely, even better than the pictures. Locally there are plenty of really good restaurants within easy walking distance (and also via a pleasant sea side stroll to Anfi) some located above Patalavaca so you can dine with panoramic views too. There are supermarkets very close for provisions and fresh bread in the morning, open 7 days a week. Although there is a beach club at the foot of the apartment building (minimum spend €40 pp)we used the beach right outside as there are comfortable sun beds and umbrellas for a very reasonable rate. The lovely resorts of Anfi, Puerto de Mogán and Meloneras are nearby and a ferry runs between Arguineguin and Mogán,if you fancy a trip on water rather than driving. Private secure parking is available at the apartment. We would highly recommend a stay here -we are going back in January next year - very much like a five star hotel but so much more relaxed and flexible.

BEST FLAT EVER, it has it all: We felt welcomed from the very first minute we opened the door! Entering into a stylish apt with nice quality furniture. And our sleep was better than years back,- the sound of the ocean waves in a comfortable bed with soft duvets…. Really calming and comfortable! Apart from well equipped kitchen and luxury bathroom, the VIEW from the balcony is breathtaking, gives a feeling of beeing ‘on top of’ the sea. A long way from the rest of the world… And the SUNSETS!!! Wow! Nathalie was the perfect host all the way, always there when we needed her, giving us a lot if useful info before and during the stay.

Just came back as a family of four and we use many Air Bnbs for our holidays. This property was stunning, clean throughout, modern, and a fantastic location. 10min walk to two main high streets and the beachs in 2 directions. 5 min walk to resturants. Hyper dino, Dialprix, and resturants just outside the complex. 20 min drive from airport. Rooms had either a sea view or mountain view. Gardens, sea, and skate park views from the mostly shaded balcony, so great for people watching. Hosts were fantasticly responsive and very helpful although we had no issues whils staying they were great during checking in with videos snd instructions to the property, and were able to give flexible check in and out time which was needed due to our flight times. In the apartment there is air con throughout (fans in bedrooms), all you need in a kitchen, inflatables and an air pump, and towels for showers, face and pool included large x3 beach blankets. Beautiful stay and will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Tenerife and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the island. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment’s cleanliness, comfort, and excellent facilities. The host was welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything you could need. The complex has fantastic facilities, including a lovely swimming pool, which was perfect for cooling off in the sunshine. The location is ideal, with plenty of great bars and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the local food and nightlife. For football fans, the stadium is literally next door, which is a great bonus! Despite this, we didn’t experience any extra noise or disruption during our stay – you wouldn’t even know it was there unless you were looking for it. I recently stayed here for a group 30th. The villa is even better in person, it’s plenty big enough for six people to stay comfortably. There was a bathroom for each bedroom. The photos really don’t do the view or place justice and we loved how many mirrors there were for all the girls to get ready. The host and her partner Stan were super lovely and responsive, including helping with airport transfer. They allowed us both early check in and late check out at no extra cost. The villa was really well decorated, with pretty much everything we could need. The place was also set into a lovely location so it was generally really peaceful and restful to stay here. For longer stays, we would recommend a car but we managed just fine with mostly walking and the odd taxi (we’re all relatively fit and healthy), despite the steep hills. Just make sure you cross over the blue bridge by the Burger King to head to the beach (the other two ways nearby by via foot are scary). Super happy with our stay!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house itself is newly refurbished and absolutely stunning – spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with a bright, surf-and-sun theme that gives off such a relaxing, beachy vibe. It comfortably accommodated our group of six, with plenty of room for everyone to feel at home, and a big terrace to enjoy outside our morning coffee and late evening chats. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Las Americas, with everything from restaurants and clubs to beaches just a short walk away. While the complex itself could use a bit of an update and there’s no functional pool, it didn’t bother us at all – the house more than made up for it, and the beach is so close that we didn’t miss having a pool. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. If you’re looking for a stylish and spacious place in a prime location, this is it! Highly recommended!
