New Zealand vacation rentals

What a wonderful place for a cozy stay with our little family (2 adults, 2 young children). The very bright room has 4 comfy beds and lots of room (and toys for the kids to play). Michelle makes homemade yogurt and cakes every morning MIAM! We also enjoyed her jam which you can purchase using the honesty jar. The information booklet is filled with information about what to do, where to eat and presents the story of how and why they built their lovely house and farm. The kids loved to meet all the animals that walk around the farm. Hi Michelle, thanks for the hospitality. We loved it so much that we brought back some honey and jam ;). You have a wonderful place. The kids loved it. Having the chance to be around farm animals is something we really liked. Charlie still often talks about Max and Buddy. We hope to be back to finish the list of things to do. cheers.

Michelle and the Blue Spur were great! She was very responsive with any questions I had and was communicating with me days prior to my arrival. The farm is a neat little place and we loved that it was all self sustaining. She made yummy homemade bread and yogurt for us for in the morning. We purchased some of her honey and cannot wait to share it with family and friends. She also gave us some fresh apples for the road. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again in the future.

Tim's property is spacious, well equipped, immaculately clean and well situated. Tim's communication was spot on and he was very accommodating of our requests. My wife said it was a pleasure to use the immaculate laundry and drying facillities. She also had a wonderful afternoon using the beautifully designed and equipped kitchen to fulfill a last minute family request for a pot luck stone fruit crumble for 25 people staying at a wedding venue nearby. We all enjoyed cups of coffee on the deck. As a bonus, Tim agreed to let us check out late, so that we could watch the Superbowl live, prior to travelling onto Christchurch. Tim's place was a comfortable and superb base for exploring the many delights of Kaikoura. We would happily stay here again.

Our stay at this woodland retreat was fantastic. The location is truly special, completely surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the nice walking trails where we saw many fantails. Soaking in the outdoor bathtub late in the evening was incredible. It was Gemma and Resh’s hospitality that truly set this Airbnb apart. They were incredibly accommodating to our travel plans and demonstrated a level of responsiveness that went above and beyond. We felt genuinely cared for and appreciated. The home is charming and comfortable, ideally located for peace and relaxation. It was well stocked with refreshments, snacks, tea, and coffee. There are even boardgames and books and toys for children. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable getaway.

We loved our stay here and found it to be big enough for the 15 of us travelling as a sports team. It was awesome that everyone had their own bed. There is an awesome cafe and bakery nearby. It was only 5 min from our sports arena. The spa was a great way to relax after a big game. We would definitely stay here again if we play Palmy in the future :-)

Kia ora Tim, What a beautiful space you have created. We came as a team of 6 with a working agenda and the space was able to be divided into "work end" and "social end" which meant we were able to distance ourselves when needed. The whole team was super impressed! From the space to the privacy, the amenities and the caliber of furnishings...was just top notch. We think you have done a brilliant job in a great location. We want to say thank-you for the space, thank-you for the opportunity and thank-you for allowing us to enjoy it all. Definitely A++++ (+)

This beach bach was just perfect for my spouse and I for the weekend. The interior was spotless and very well appointed. The space was fully utilized for every function necessary for a holiday. There is no air con and the upstairs sleeping space can get very warm during the day but the fans and the windows help considerably. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable as were the towels. Thank you for the handy beach bag with towels and a blanket. There was tea and coffee for the morning. The proximity to the beach is the selling point in this bach. Steps to the beach allowed me to watch sunrise both mornings. I sat outside and read my book in the evenings in the cute outdoor space. Poppy didn't leave anything out! I'd highly recommend staying here.

This place is actually better than the pictures showed. Full stop. I spent 5 nights here and can honestly say that I was sad leaving. The main floor terrace makes you feel like you're in the trees with a view of the Sky Tower that is just so perfect. I actually think the best part was when it rained and I was able to sit under the canopy awning outside...what a cool experience. The Master bedroom area is absolutely perfect to both fall asleep in (super comfortable bed) and wake up in with all that natural light. As a Super Host myself, I'm very well versed in what makes a good apartment...this is it! I wouldn't change a thing. The tv's to the outside space to the kitchen to the location...just perfect. My normal reviews on places I stay would be restricted to it being a pleasant stay, or it being a clean and well organized space...but this one deserves more. Just a fantastic experience altogether.
