If you want to stay close to the house to get in as soon as possible, the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk is a great choice.  Restaurants, shopping, scheduled events for visitors, and great water views, mean it is the perfect place to start or end a vacation!  And you are only 2 miles from Tiki House!  As soon as the house is ready, we will text you and you will be able to check in within minutes!

Maybe you want to start your "beach time" right away!  No problem!  There is parking at the public access, next to Tiki House with room for 2 cars.  It is a short walk from there to the best beach in the world!  And if you want to end your trip there, move your cars to the access parking early to make sure you get a spot!  As long as you are checked out by 10 a.m. at the house, you can spend as long as you like at the beach!  No one would blame you for not wanting to leave!

We try to accommodate all our renters, when possible.  But Tiki House is a large home that requires a long time to clean and turn over for guests.  Depending on the condition the home is left in, it can take the entire 6 hours we schedule for cleaning.  Our cleaning team is professional and thorough.  They take pride in leaving the home in tip-top condition for the next renters.  So please, never disturb them while they are cleaning.  It will only delay your check-in time.  If you have special needs, let us know by phone, text or email, and we will try to accommodate you if we can.

Time to Kill Before Check-In?

If you are flying in or out of Pensacola and have time to wait before you head to Tiki House or the airport, there a so many things to do.  Right next to the Pensacola International Airport is Cordova Mall.  A great place to pick up a last minute souvenir, forgotten clothing, or any specialty item you may have forgotten.

Tiki House is more than a vacation rental. It is our vacation home!  We purchased the home in 2015 because it is located in a quiet residential area right on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful area is full of beautiful homes, quiet beaches with the Emerald Coast's signature white sand. It is still close enough to walk, ride a bike on the trails, or take the free trolley during the summer to restaurants, bars, and shops. Or you could head east to the visit some of the most beautiful and preserved beaches that are part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. But we chose Tiki House specifically for its charm, character and amenities.  It has the largest private pool on the beach (according to our pool pro) and the perfect views from its many decks.  We want to make a stay at Tiki House as wonderful and memorable an experience for you as it is for us. Dedicated to making Tiki House THE vacation home of your dreams.
