The cabin is in a mountainous and rural area and can be intermittent especially if thunderstorms or raining. We have DSL through Lumen/Centurylink. Occasionally, inclement weather will affect speeds and we have no control over that. Please be patient if the connection is not as fast as you are used to in the city. word is in the house manual as well as on a laminated page on the refrigerator. Feel free to use your mobile hotspot to connect to your computer, as that may provide you with quicker speeds.
