About Ruby

I have been an entrepreneur my entire life. My late husband and I started as a small Carryout catering establishment on Ford Rd. We expanded the business to a sit down restaurant on Canton Centre. I take pride in starting something new for my community in Canton, Michigan.
Hosting allows me to share my hometown of Canton with visitors.
