Guests have full access of the entire house, except for the owner's closet located behind the upstairs door to the right.

Do you hate being asked to pay a cleaning fee and also clean, mow the grass, paint the house, etc? So do we! All we ask is for you to put used towels on the floor and throw away trash in the trash bin. Used dishes and glassware can be placed in the sink or the dishwasher. We'll take care of the rest!

We have a full sized washer and dryer located in front of the downstairs bathroom. We ask guests to provide their own detergent if they use this amenity.

The house receives regular pest treatment, however due to the hot desert climate, bugs are ever present and it might still be possible for a bug to get into the house -- particularly if doors or windows are left open. There is a can of spray under the kitchen sink. If there are any issues please do not hesitate to contact us!

There is a Ring camera in front of the house and one in the backyard. The devices are only located on the exterior of the house.
