While reasonable efforts are made to plow and shovel, services may be delayed during or after storms, and icy conditions on walkways, steps, and the driveway may persist.

By booking and occupying the property, guests acknowledge these conditions and accept responsibility for their own safety and preparedness. Guests agree to exercise caution at all times and to arrive with appropriate winter footwear, equipment, and vehicles suitable for winter travel.
