Have coffee with the sunrise or relax in the hot tub with the sunset...Dreamcatcher has just what you need for the perfect family vacation. Located in Duck, with close proximity to the sound and the sea, this well appointed classic beach home is close to all of Duck's amenities.... most of all the beautiful beaches! If you ever tire of the surf and the sand, have a soak in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool (from April 19th).

During the high season we offer a Friday check-in to avoid traffic.

The open kitchen and living area are ideal for family gatherings. Or, spread out on the brand new wrap around deck. There is a picnic table on the deck to allow for outdoor dining and several chairs for lounging with a good book. On the ground level there is an outdoor shower to rinse off the day. With one-level living, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with each set of bedrooms sharing a jack-n-jill bathroom. While the cottage easily sleeps 8, it is ideally suited to two small families (4 adults and 4 children). There is just over 1,000 square feet of living space, so it may be a bit 'close' for 8 adults.

Linens, bath towels and beach towels are not provided by the host and are the responsibility of the guest. If needed, a linen service can be booked by the guest to provide linens and towels at an additional charge.

When you stay at Dreamcatcher you will have access to the entire home, pool*, hot tub* and laundry facilities. There is one owner’s closet that is not accessible and will be locked.

During the high season (from April 19, 2024 to October 18, 2024), we rent from Friday to Friday, so you’ll avoid some of the traffic during other high volume times. There is a 7 night minimum during the high season and a 3 night minimum during the off season, with no restriction on check-in day.

*the pool will be closed from November to March, but the hot tub will remain open year round.

You'll love staying on this lovely lane.... the beach is only 9 houses away and there are no roads to cross to put your toes in the sand. The sound is also within walking distance.... it's the best place to check out the sunset with those you love. If you're looking for a family friendly, relaxed atmosphere, Dreamcatcher is the place for you!

The town of Duck is just a short drive or bike ride away. You can sink your teeth into a fresh, hot donut at Duck Donuts within 5 minutes or stop by any number of shops and restaurants in the area. There is also a great waterfront restaurant within walking distance to Dreamcatcher!

The pack-n-play and high chair can be found in the closet in the twin bedroom. The vacuum, broom, drying rack, iron and ironing board can be found in the closet in one of the queen bedrooms. Tools for the grill can be found in the bottom drawer in the kitchen or hanging in the utility room on the ground level. Also in the utility room, there is a sunshade that can be used on the beach or by the pool. General cleaning products can be found underneath the kitchen sink.
