When I add a Houfy listing to Pricelabs it's independent to my Airbnb listing. Is there a quick way to link the 2 prices?

Yes - map your Houfy listing to the same parent listing in PriceLabs that your Airbnb listing is mapped to. Once both are children of the same parent, PriceLabs pushes the same prices to both, and you can still set a per-listing offset on either child if you want Houfy priced differently. Mapping also matters for how PriceLabs bills you. The mapping is done inside PriceLabs, not on Houfy - see PriceLabs’ own help centre for the current steps.

One thing to know about how PriceLabs connects to Houfy

PriceLabs is a pricing tool, not a channel manager. It sends prices to Houfy and nothing else - it does not import your listings, does not map your calendars and does not sync availability between Houfy and Airbnb. If you need availability kept in step so you cannot be double-booked, you need a channel manager as well as PriceLabs.

PriceLabs will not show as connected on Houfy the moment you paste your token. Houfy marks it connected once it has actually received a price update from PriceLabs, and it looks back seven days - so give it until PriceLabs runs its next update.
