Special discounts or calendar discounts
Calendar discounts are set in the Discount & Rules section of the Pricing tab, on the panel that opens when you select dates. The value is a percentage, and you save with Save Pricing.

Go to Menu > Manage Listings, select the listing, and open its Calendar.
Click a date, or click and drag to select a range of dates. A panel opens on the left.
Stay on the Pricing tab and scroll down to the Discount & Rules section.
Enter the discount as a percentage in the Discount box - type 10 for 10% off, not for 10 off the nightly rate. The panel shows you the resulting nightly price as you type.
Click Save Pricing at the bottom of the panel.
The discount applies to every date you selected and comes off the nightly rate for those nights. It applies in addition to any length-of-stay or early-booking discount you have set - it does not replace them.
The panel has two tabs, Pricing and Block. There is no separate Discounts tab.
