How to Stop Payment Reminder Emails on Houfy
If you collect payments directly from guests outside Houfy, you can mark reservations as paid to stop receiving payment reminder emails.

Go to My Reservations and open the reservation
Scroll down to the Payment Actions section
Click "Mark as Fully Paid"
In the popup, add a note about how the payment was received (e.g., "Full payment received via bank transfer on Mar 20")
Click to confirm"Mark as Fully Paid"
Before you confirm - Mark as Fully Paid cannot currently be undone from the reservation page. Once a reservation is marked fully paid the button disappears, the balance shows as zero, and payment reminders stop for good. Only use it when the money really has been received in full. If you marked a reservation by mistake, contact Houfy support and we can reverse it for you.
Once marked as fully paid, the reservation balance will show as zero and you will no longer receive payment reminder emails for that reservation.
