How do I send a payment request or payment reminder?
Use Request payment on the First Payment Due card before anything is collected, or Send a payment request once a balance remains. Both open the payment link.

Before you start: neither button appears unless you have a payment processor connected. If you cannot see them at all, connect Stripe, Square or PayPal on your Connected payments page first.
Open the reservation, or open the reservation details panel beside a message thread. Which button you get depends on whether the guest has paid anything yet.
Nothing collected yet: the First Payment Due card carries Request payment. It only appears while no payment at all has been taken.
A first payment made and a balance still owing: use Send a payment request, below the price details. It sits under the Total and Security Deposit lines, above Cancel this reservation, Mark as fully paid and Add payment details outside Houfy.
Either route opens a "Send payment reminder to [guest]" dialog holding that reservation's payment link. Click Send payment link to e-mail it to the guest, or copy the link out of the box and send it yourself in the message thread.
