How do I reset a password for my Google or Facebook connected account?

To convert your Google or Facebook connected account to an account with a normal email and password account please follow these instructions:

  1. Click on this link: Forgot password

  2. Enter your email address and click continue. If your email address is registered you will receive an email to reset the password. (The reset page confirms it has sent the link even when the address is not registered with Houfy. If no email arrives within a few minutes, the likeliest reason is that you entered a different address from the one your account uses — try the address your Google or Facebook account uses.)

  3. Click on the Reset password link in the email

  4. Reset your password.
