How do I reset a password for my Google or Facebook connected account?

To convert your Google or Facebook connected account to an account with a normal email and password account please follow these instructions:

Click on this link: Forgot password
Enter your email address and click continue. If your email address is registered you will receive an email to reset the password, else you will see an error that the email address is not registered with Houfy. (You might be entering an other e-mail address than the connected Facebook or Google registered e-mail)
Click on the Reset password link in the email
Reset your password.
