How do I get my price to show a range per night?

Última atualização 23 de agosto de 2026

Houfy shows a price range on search results when a guest searches without dates - for example USD 180 - USD 260 per night. It shows a single price when every open date carries the same rate, and it shows the exact nightly price plus the trip total once the guest picks dates.

The range is the lowest and the highest nightly rate Houfy can find across your listing's open future dates. Anything that makes those rates differ will produce one:

  • seasonal rates (Menu > Manage Listings > Edit > Rates & Fees > Seasons)

  • a weekend price on your base rate

  • a weekly or monthly rate, which Houfy converts to a per-night figure

  • prices set on individual dates from your Calendar

If every open date has the same rate there is nothing to show a range between, and search shows that one price. Blocked dates are not counted, so a rate that exists only on dates you have blocked will not appear in the range.
